We're seeking an experienced Senior Tech Lead to oversee both frontend and backend teams for a production-ready enterprise project. You should possess strong managerial skills along with an entrepreneurial mindset. 1) BS/MS in Computer Science or relevant field and 6+ years of experience in building backend services with

Python 3.7.x using Django >= 2.2.1, Django REST framework >= 3.13.1, Flask >=1.1.2 and relational databases

2) At least 4 years of solid experience in working with front-end MVC framework React and caching strategies

(memcached, Redis).

3) Expertise in building microservices-based and cloud-based architectures including development and deployment

As a Software Engineer, you will build and scale Clockwork, creating an engaging experience for our users. As one of the first few engineers, you will work on 0 to 1 type projects, partnering closely with our product, design and business teams to build the future of Clockwork.
