The Role:

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer at PyjamaHR, you'll build the applications and interfaces that bring our AI capabilities to life. This isn't about training models—it's about implementing, integrating, and optimizing Generative AI within robust full-stack applications. You'll work across our entire technology ecosystem to create seamless experiences that leverage AI to solve real recruitment challenges. Who We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of full-stack development experience building production applications
• Experience implementing and integrating Generative AI into web applications
• Expertise with either Django/React or Node.js/React technology stacks
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable)
• Proven ability to build performant, scalable web applications
• Excellence in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend development

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will develop applications in a very passionate environment being responsible for Front-end and Back-end development.
