Experience Level

This role is ideal for engineers with 4+ years of hands-on software development experience, particularly in Ruby on Rails at scale.  

Role Overview

What You'll Do 

• Write Tests First: Start by writing tests to ensure code quality 
• Clean Code: Produce self-explanatory, clean code with predictable results 
• Frequent Releases: Make frequent, small releases 
• Pair Programming: Work in pairs for better results 
• Peer Reviews: Conduct peer code reviews for continuous improvement 
• Product Team: Collaborate in a product team to build and rapidly roll out new features and fixes 
• Full Stack Ownership: Handle everything from the front end to the back end, including infrastructure and DevOps pipelines

What We're Looking For

• Expertise in Ruby on Rails, Test Driven Development, React, React.js or JavaScript, and TypeScript 
• Strong skills in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering methodologies 
• Ability to design and develop web architecture and optimize existing infrastructure 
• Experience working in Agile and eXtreme Programming methodologies within a continuous deployment environment 
• Interest in mastering technologies like web server ecosystems, relational DBMS, TDD, CI/CD tools 
• Knowledge of server configuration and deployment infrastructure 
• Experience using source control, bug tracking systems, writing user stories, and technical documentation

• Proficient in creating Web (Responsive) applications using Angular 8+, AngularJS, JavaScript, JQuery. 
• Experience developing/consuming RESTAPIs
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages Like Java, Python and JavaScript frameworks(e.g. Node.js)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g.MSSQL, MySQL), and UI/UX design
• Hands-on experience with code versioning systems like Git, SVN. 

• Develop frontend components on ReactJS with Redux as state management library
• Should have good knowledge of tailwind CSS
• Must have expertise in JavaScript, ES6, React-Redux, HTML/CSS
• Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Babel
• Experience with testing tools such as Jest
• Experience in web security and performance on mobile and desktop
• Familiarity with Git.
• Should be able to make mobile responsive designs
• Knowledge on PWA would be an added advantage

• Develop backend APIs on Express.js and NodeJS
• Should be good with SQL database and perform DDL,DRL,DQL,DCL on database ,preferably PostgresDb.
• Should have familarity with ORM such as sequilize.
• Knowledge on server-less architecture is good
• Experience with monitoring tools web performance and caching techniques
• Experience working in agile methodology projects
• Should have knowledge of design patterns, design practices
• Should have the ability to design and write reusable code
• Ready to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment
• Experience in building Cloud Native applications
• Experience in test-driven development

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• 4+ years experience working in an IT environment
• 4+ years of Object-oriented design, functional programming
• Node JS API Development (Firebase API development is a plus)
• Angular or VUE or React JS Front end Development (VUE Js Experience is a plus)
• HTML / CSS responsive development
• Experience using any database
• Experience developing in an Agile / SCRUM Environment
• Experience developing mission-critical applications
• Strong business and technical acumen
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill

• He/She will be a part of a very agile short-cycle development with continuous integration in a dynamic start-up environment
• He/She will elaborate on technical concepts and actively integrate your own ideas and visions into the product
• He/She will do code reviews and support your colleagues in the daily business.
• Should have done Minimum three projects using any of these following technologies: Angular 2+
• Should have scored 7.0+ CGPA.
• Experience with building the infrastructure for serving the front-end app and assets
• Deep knowledge of AngularJS practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience
