We're looking for a tech lead to set the technical direction for a growing team and raise the bar for everyone around them. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll still write production code, but your largest impact comes through architecture, mentorship, and the standards you instill. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain frontend applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS
• Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js
