Role Description

The International sales Executive in a freight brokerage company plays a vital role in supporting the sales and logistics operations. This position bridges the gap between account executives, operations, customers, and carrier partners. The coordinator is responsible for managing customer inquiries, assisting with freight quotes, preparing sales documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination of freight movement. The goal is to provide excellent customer service, maintain organized communication, and support the sales team in achieving revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business acquisition through outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and lead generation.

• Monitor daily sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics of the team

• Develop and implement sales strategies to improve conversion rates and revenue.

• Participate in high-value client discussions, negotiations, and deal closures

• Collaborate with management to align sales goals with business objectives.

• Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred.

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in an ed tech, telesales, logistics transportation, or freight brokerage environment preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

• Team player with a customer-focused attitude.

Roles & Responsibilities • Develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, iSpring, etc. • Convert PPT/storyboards into engaging digital content. • Create basic videos, animations, quizzes, and assessments. • Add interactivities, voiceovers, and subtitles. • Test and publish courses in SCORM/xAPI format. • Upload and manage courses on LMS. • Do basic QA and revisions based on feedback. • Work with Instructional Designers and SMEs.

Skills Required • Knowledge of e-learning tools (Storyline/Captivate – anyone). • Good PowerPoint and MS Office skills. • Basic graphic/video editing skills (Canva/Photoshop/Premiere – preferred). • Understanding of LMS and e-learning concepts. • Good communication and time management. 

Strong Lead Product Designer/ Sr product designer/ Product design manager Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have a minimum 6+ years of hands-on Product Design experience with product companies

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience leading a team or mentoring junior designers (not a pure people manager)

Mandatory (Design Craft): Strong design craft with deep expertise in UX, interaction design, design systems, prototyping, problem-solving, and user-centered workflows. Should be able to individually assess and elevate design quality.

Mandatory (Collaboration): Proven ability to collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and cross-functional teams. Must have driven design-led projects, influenced product roadmap, and balanced short-term and long-term design priorities.

Mandatory (Portfolio): Portfolio or team-led work showing shipped, real-world product impact, improved user journeys, solved UX breakage, and scaled design quality across multiple products/features.

Mandatory (Role): This is mix role (Team management + Hands-on)\

• Leading the engineering team  and federated suites.
• Helping define Technical Roadmap and own the entire product delivery end to end.
• Working very closely with various business stakeholders to drive the execution of multiple business plans and technologies for the team.
• Improving, optimizing and identifying opportunities for efficient software development processes.
• Hiring, Developing and Retaining a strong team of engineers.

• 7-9 years of experience with Java development, Spring Boot. Minimum 5+ years of managing high performance development team(s).
• Strong knowledge of REST and micro services based design.
• Experience across the product development SDLC with solving customer problem approaches.
• Prior product engineering leadership in Identity and Access Management solutions is a big plus.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Performing Manual Functionality Testing
2. Preparing Documentation like Test Plan, User manual etc.
3. Co-ordination with Business team for requirement understanding
4. Providing operational support as needed

Skills & Qualification:

1. BE or MCA
2. 2+ years of relevant work experience
3. Experience in Manual Testing of App, Web and APIs
4. Basic Knowledge of SQL
5. Knowledge of JavaScript and Automation Tool like Selinium, Jmeter etc. is preferred
