The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Internet Research, MS Excel, data handling, documentation, and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Data Mining & Research

• Conduct online research and collect relevant business/contact information.
• Perform data mining from websites, directories, LinkedIn, and other online sources.
• Collect, verify, clean, and maintain data in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Identify and remove duplicate or incorrect data.
• Maintain accurate databases and update records regularly.
• Prepare data reports and summaries as required.
• Support the team with market and competitor research.

Admin & Operations

• Handle day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
• Maintain employee/company records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments for routine requirements.
• Manage and organize files, documents, and reports.
• Prepare Excel sheets, MIS reports, and other documentation.
• Follow up on pending tasks and coordinate with concerned team members.

• Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Basic knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, sorting, Pivot Tables will be an advantage.
