 JD:-

Linux porting/development; Linux kernel concepts

Expertise in Linux BSP device driver development,Device Tree

Customizing kernel + Porting + Developing Applications Linux Device Driver Development (Character devices)

Expertise in porting, network stack; optimization, network programming

Bootloader/Uboot porting

Camera driver development (Good to have)

Skills:- Kernel Programming, Data Structures, Algorithms, C++, BSP, Device Driver Development and Linux kernel Porting

Location: Bangalore

Academics:

Primary Skills:

• Candidate should have 4-5 years of development experience with hands-on work on Linux kernel programming skills and device driver development in the products like SD-WAN, ADS/ADC,
• Advanced firewall, WAN Optimization, etc.

Experience:

• Experienced in System Programming and developing multi-threaded high performance networking products.
• Strong in Linux kernel programming and device driver development.
• Knowledge of DPDK, VLAN, Trunking, WiFi 802.11 standards, and LTE.

Preferred:

• Experience in hypervisors and cloud platforms
• Strong Knowledge in the networking domain (L2/L3/L4)

• C, C++
• Python(Good to have)

Primary Skills:
C, C++, Linux kernel programming, Device Driver, VLAN, DPDK.

Secondary Skill: Data Structures, Cloud, Python, Networking.

2-5 years of experience in embedded software development.

Software background, experience in design, development, integration & test of embedded software for mobile targets is a plus

Strong C programming Skills

Experience in Device Drivers Development and Kernel Programming required.

Experience in BSP (board support package)

Sound Operating system knowledge

Hands-on experience with debugging and SW optimization is a must

Power SW optimization would be plus ( Like Linux/Windows or any other RTOS)

Below are the skill set needed for the immediate Lanner board bring up requirements

• Good understanding of Linux kernel modules, with familiarity of kernel debugging, good shell scripting
• 4 to 6 years of experience 
• Knowledge in board bring up, bootloader ( U-boot/BIOS/GRUB2 etc..) and device drivers  
• Strong C  programming with knowledge of networking protocols ( L2/L3, TCP.UDP, HTTPS etc..)
