Job Title: Full Stack .NET Developer

About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled Full Stack .NET Developer to build and maintain scalable web applications using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem and modern front-end frameworks. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, performance-driven software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop web applications using ASP.NET Core / .NET 6+.

- Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.

- Create responsive UIs with Angular / React / Blazor.

- Work with SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MySQL for data modeling and queries.

- Implement authentication and authorization (JWT / OAuth / Identity Server).

- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams for smooth releases.

- Participate in code reviews, agile sprints, and troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- 3+ years of full-stack experience with .NET (C#).

- Strong in ASP.NET Core MVC / Web API, Entity Framework Core, and LINQ.

- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular / React / Blazor.

- Experience with SQL databases, Git, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Our Client is focused on democratizing Insurance through technology. It is a cloud-based platform connecting distributors to the Insurance Ecosystem to sell and manage Insurance programs. They are creating a middleware connecting consumers, traditional insurance institutions, intermediaries, and service partners on a single platform. Basically, give distributors the ability access to the entire Insurance ecosystem via 1 API / 1 platform.

Their goal is simple - Provide a new way to do Insurance, which is secure, easy, and focuses on the consumer while staying compliant with the frameworks laid down by the regulator.

Description

Key Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for design, development and delivery our web-based application in an agile manner built on Java Spring Boot, React, My SQL and Mongo DB.
• You will be expected to write code on day-to-day basis while testing it on real world use cases
• You will be an independent owner of your feature on the platform.
• You will be a part of the core software development team and are expected to participate in all development cycles.
• You will be responsible for closure of business requirements end-to-end by working cross-functionally and will be expected to mentor and drive other members of the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer / Technology domain.
• 4-7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a start-up environment/ building SaaS products.
• Excellent coding skills with ability to deliver in a hyper growth phase.
• Hands on experience in JAVA and practical experience in developing and designing scalable software solutions.
• Excellent Problem-solving skills & understanding of data structures in a complex environment.
• Extensive experience in Spring, Hibernate and SpringBoot
• Experience in building REST Services
• Experience in integrating third party APIs (Payment gateways, SMS gateways, Accounting software APIs, APIs of CRM tools etc.) into web applications
• Experience in working with SQL and no SQL DBs (Preferably Mongo DB)
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker is a plus
• Knowledge of how insurance processes and past experience in working on insurance applications is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a full stack developer who shall be responsible for implementation of software related projects of the firm. This will involve:

–        Understanding existing services of the Company, the requirements of the project and be able to build the back-end coding structure along with front end dashboard, UI / UX for the full project. The person should be capable of building flexible coding to incorporate various user requirements, carry out user acceptance testing, fix bugs within agreed timelines.

–        Dashboard Development: Swiftly conceptualizing, designing, and developing visually engaging and functional dashboards tailored to meet the firm's specific requirements within stringent timelines.

–        Collaborative Approach: Work closely with stakeholders’ other team members, to understand dashboard requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

–        API Integration: Explore and integrate dashboard APIs where applicable to enhance functionalities or enable custom integrations for a more comprehensive dashboard experience.

Key Skills Required

–      Front-end Technologies: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and expertise in UX/UI principles to enhance dashboard user interfaces and ensure responsiveness.

–      Strong Backend Development Skills: Proficient in at least one backend language and understanding of backend frameworks to facilitate data integration and backend functionalities for dashboards.

–      Strong SQL Skills: Ability to efficiently extract, manipulate, and analyze data using SQL queries from various databases to integrate into the dashboards.

–      Dashboard Development Experience: Prior experience in rapid dashboard development, including designing, developing, and deploying dashboards within accelerated timelines.

–      Being able to work independently, understand industry landscape and come up with innovative solutions to tackle various issues. 

Responsibility 

·        Designing and building the website front-end.

·        Creating the website architecture.

·        Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.

·        Generating WordPress themes and plugins.

·        Conducting website performance tests.

·        Troubleshooting content issues.

·        Conducting WordPress training with the client.

·        Monitoring the performance of the live website.

Eligibility

·        Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.

·        Proven work experience as a WordPress developer.

·        Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.

·        Knowledge of code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, and SVN.

·        Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.

·        Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.

·        Ability to manage projects.

·        Good communication skills.
