Skills Required Candidate Profile:

• Drive and support international sales to close key new business in the Software Services Domain.
• Drive processes in acquiring new customers, retaining old business, proposals, negotiation, and major deals, to win new business.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and building the website front-end.
• Experience and ability to translate designs into Wordpress pages using Page Builder (Visual Composer, Divi or Elementor) and PHP
• Designing and managing the website back-end with PHP including database and server integration.
• Developing custom Wordpress themes.
• Integration of third party plugins and APIs.
• Conducting website performance tests.
• Troubleshooting Wordpress related issues.

Requirements:

• Proficient with any plugin.
• Proven work experience as a WordPress developer
• Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3 and HTML5
• Knowledge of code versioning tools including Git.
• Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
• Ability to manage projects.
• Good communication skills.

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years previous release and/or project management experience
• Solid understanding of release and project management principles
• Strong experience with software development processes and agile methodologies
• Experience using bug tracking and management system (JIRA, Bugzilla, Testrail…) to track and build release dashboards 
• Experience with Jira Query Language (JQL) and JIRA Portfolio is a definite plus
• Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate multi-functional work teams toward completion
• Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills a must
• Experience in Data Storage, SaaS, Virtualization, Cloud, and Enterprise Equipment Deployment
• Demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders and lead cross functional teams across geographies and business units
• Experienced in navigating variety of complex, cross-functional activities and lead all aspects of release delivery.
• Ability to engage with Business users and understand their needs.
• Broad knowledge of SaaS, distributed systems, virtualization, storage products, cloud, infrastructure software, databases, interface driven solutions is a definite plus
• General PC knowledge including GSuite, Microsoft Office and expert knowledge of Excel
