Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- A minimum of 3-8 years of experience in sales development, with at least 2-4 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales automation tools.
