Job Description: QA (3+ Years Experience)

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Able to understand and analyze requirements and create test plans.
• Conduct software testing to ensure responsiveness, efficiency, and functionality
• Deliver accurate test reports to stakeholders and contribute to design processes to enhance test coverage.
• Ensure that testability and quality are embedded throughout the software development and test life cycle
• Report issues as appropriate and follow up to get them to the closure
• Actively participate in peer reviews to validate and improve test case quality

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of overall experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in manual testing, skilled in creating highly effective test cases using various testing techniques. Expertise in system, integration, and regression testing.
• Around 2 years of experience developing automation scripts in Python or Pytest framework
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and think creatively while writing test cases and scenarios, including boundary, corner, edge, negative, and positive cases.
• Proficient with tools like Charles Proxy, Jenkins, Selenium, Android Studio/Xcode
• Experience with tools like Jira,Confluence
• Solid understanding of HTTP, server processes, and REST API.
• Ability to troubleshoot the production issues and able to simulate defects by creating required test data
• Experience in defining automation test strategies and designing the automation framework
• Good read and written English communication skills and good team player
• Self motivated, persistent, fast learner and innovative

Preferred Qualifications:

• Having experience with Trading and the FinTech domain is an added plus
• Having experience in Mobile Apps (iOS & Android), Web applications
• Having flexibility in switching responsibilities between Manual and Automation

Responsibilities:

 Handling a team of Wealth Managers and planning and achieving Sales Targets for Wealth Management products through the team by motivating, Inspiring and providing guidance to the team to keep the performance levels high

 Maintaining profitability targets by ensuring good IRR and cross sell

 Identifying streams for revenue growth & developing business plans to build consumer preference

 Responsible for creation a client base in direct equity by acquiring new Private Wealth / HNI Clients / Corporate clients by interacting & developing rapport with all external/internal constituents of client at all levels; for maximum client retention & achievement of revenues

 Monitoring client’s portfolio performance and rendering sustained advisory services for securing high ROI

 Proven track record of establishing systems/ procedures, thereby contributing in a major way towards augmented growth and profitability level

 Fulfilling the compliance standards in Financial Planning, Asset Allocation and Product Sales and managing Delinquencies by ensuring proper Sales Process

 Recruiting, training and ensuring seamless induction to the newly joined team members and managing attrition within the team

 To ensure achievement of acquisition ,activation and other Cross sell targets .To also ensure achievement of sub targets within acquisition with a special focus on Premium segment customers

 To ensure achievement of business and revenue targets attributed for the company.

 Conduct performance reviews for effective monitoring and measuring of results.

Qualifications: Graduate/ MBA/PGDM in Finance
