Responsibilities     

• Take product ideas from ideation to implementation.

• Take ownership of the architecture for best performance and usability.
• Lead engineering discussions to ensure the best practices, maintainability and security of the application.

We are looking for

• 4+ years of experience building quality applications.
• Proficient in client-side JS frameworks such as React.js
• Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas.
• Strong customer focus, ownership, and self-drive.
• Experience in planning, designing architecture and leading teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8-12 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js.
• Proven experience with React.js and related technologies (e.g., Redux, React Router, Hooks, Context API).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Server Sent Events, WebSockets
• Hand’s on experience with web components, microfrontends
• Deep understanding of browser apis like history, intersectionobserver, event handling, virtual panes, drag and drop etc
• Ability to work on a complex and fast moving code base.
• Familiarity with TypeScript and its integration with React applications.

The React Developer will own and drive web development—including decisions about tools, technologies, and processes - for UPCRED.

Skills
Firm grasp of the JavaScript, TypeScript, ClojureScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax Knowledge of functional or object-oriented programming
