Roles and Responsibilities
- Must have experience in generating leads for IT services like Mobile App, Software Development, Web Application ( For International Market )
- Lead generation of new leads for regular sales cycles for IT Industry.
- Good Knowledge of lead generation and market research through Linkedin and Email.
- Who can build the tie-ups with the IT companies from USA,UK and Europe.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that all lead sources are properly identified, tracked and optimized in order to maximize revenue.
- Oversee client relationship management through direct contact and other channels as needed.
- Provide support on marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with sales managers/representatives to develop strategies to drive conversion rates across multiple channels
- Working experience with staffing augmentation
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a lead generation specialist with an emphasis on lead generation and/or sales automation
- Experience working within the marketing industry is preferred
- Must have strong communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities
Office Timing : 12 PM to 9 PM

As a Demand Generation Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product & customer success to own the pipeline.
Requirements
- Own, develop and execute end-to-end campaigns that engage and convert prospective buyers with a focus on developers and marketers within specific verticals.
- Create and oversee impactful and engaging content, targeted competition displacement campaigns and ABM campaigns.
- Work closely with product development, product marketing & customer success teams, to design and implement campaigns that deliver on business objectives.
- Design & execute campaigns that drive pipeline and generate opportunities using PLG motion.
- Understand the buyer’s journey at each stage of the Sales funnel and translate messaging and positioning into effective campaigns.
- Keep track of MQL-SQL-SAL conversion rates, analyze campaign performance, surface insights and provide recommendations for optimizing results.
- Track program results, measure program success and report metrics to stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with key cross functional stakeholders across GTM organization to ensure campaign enablement and engagement.
- Develop scalable, repeatable campaign playbooks
- Guide the creation of content alongside our Content Marketing, Product Marketing and Solutions teams
- Develop outbound and account-based campaigns that complement inbound campaign strategy
What we need:
- 10+ years of work experience, with at least 7 years in demand generation
- Graduate/masters in any stream with good understanding of SaaS product space
- Proven track record of leading multi-channel campaigns with success, collaborating with stakeholders and finding opportunities to strategically up level marketing efforts
- Understanding of the nuances of running an integrated campaign, and ability to think both strategically and execute at an operational level with ease

- Being an Individual Contributor, your performance will be measured by the pipeline you generate, your ability to execute and achieve measurable results including new logo development, and owning cross-sell campaigns to drive expansion opportunities

Candidate MUST HAVE product-based company experience and a minimum of 3years of experience in DevOps.
What you will do (or learn) :
1. Build our application stack on AWS. Infrastructure as code (read Terraform)
2. Build state-of-the-art CI/CD pipelines.
3. Manage data warehouses and data pipelines.
4. Work on infrastructure and data security.
5. State-of-the-art log management system and tooling around them.
6. Monitoring and alerting system.
What do we expect from you?
1. 3 to 10 years of experience with DevOps or SRE principles.
2. Good fundamentals of database management and other distributed systems management.
3. Experience in infrastructure as code or other configuration management systems.
4. Experience in scripting languages (like bash, python, go lang etc.)
5. Good understanding of Linux systems
6. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
7. Experience in tooling around monitoring, CI/CD, log management systems.

What Would You Be Doing
- Building and supporting backend and frontend development of websites and application projects
- Producing appropriate and effective technical solutions
