Job Description – Corporate Sales Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Professional with strong expertise in commercial insurance, sum control, and surety bonds. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B insurance sales and a deep understanding of delivering surety bond solutions for large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the sales process targeting infrastructure companies, contractors, and large corporates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project owners, insurers, and brokers.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, including contract negotiations and deal closures.
• Coordinate with underwriters and oversee policy issuance processes.
• Ensure accurate documentation, sum insured control, and comprehensive risk assessment.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial insurance or surety bond sales.
• Strong knowledge of surety bond products, underwriting principles, and project risk evaluation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle placement and premium discussions with insurers.

Responsibilities:

· Lead the project to on-time and quality delivery as agreed by the client

· Be the part-time project manager & team leader

· Raise and negotiate issues and risks with senior management of the client

Deliverables:

Due to his/her role as a Design Leader & Project Manager, a Lead UX Designer will be responsible for ensuring on-time and quality delivery of all deliverables for the project even though he/she may not actually work on all of them. Depending on client requirements, as a Lead designer, he/she will be responsible for delivering all or some of the following:

· Design Strategy based on User Mapping, User Stories, Business Needs, Technology inputs

· Wireframes

• Responsible for End to end CI/CD setup and maintenance.
• Should have written the pipeline in Jenkins e.g. scripted pipelines.

• Should have good knowledge in Testing Strategies
• Handle the Monolith and modern application.
• Should have executed automation tests using Docker containers (selenium as the grid)
• Knowledge of containerization
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience would b
• Expert knowledge of Source Control Systems, build & integration tools (e.g., GIT, Jenkins & Maven).
• Hands-on experience with designing the CI/CD architecture & building pipelines (on On-prem, Cloud & Hybrid infrastructure services).

Good to have:

• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus-Grafana & Dynatrace.
• Experience with log management tools (e.g. ELK/EFK stack, Azure monitor, or similar).
• Experience with Infrastructure as a Service / Cloud computing (preferably Azure).
• Experience with Open Liberty, JBoss, etc.
• Hands-on experience with multiple database products like IBM DB2, PostgreSQL, etc.
• Writing automation scripts in Unix shell, Perl, etc. would be preferred
• Application development/automation experience using Python would an added advantage

• Certified DevOps engineer
• Azure Admin / Solution Architect
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)

• Prototype, design, implement, unit test, and maintain Windows-based software applications
• Participate in cross-functional project teams to develop medical device software
• Work with multi-discipline teams on new product introduction project while adhering to software development and source control processes
• Document software, write technical specifications for interfaces and testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field with no less than 9+ years of experience
• Experience designing and developing C++ based solutions and experience with any user interface development (MFC)
• Expert in Unit Testing, OOA/OOD development methodologies, and design principles
• Experience in Agile development processes and philosophies
• History of timely delivery while ensuring a quality focus
• Ability to work well with people and be both highly motivated and motivating
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, and often ambiguous environment where continuous improvement is a way of life
• Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal direction.

Nice to Have

• Experience in medical device design & development is a plus
• Experience in IVD instrumentation, such as clinical chemistry, immunoassay, hematology, urinalysis, molecular, microbiology, or flow cytometry systems is a plus
• Understanding of software development processes for a regulated environment (ISO9000/FDA) is a plus
• Experience in software code and build management is a plus
