Key Responsibilities

* Develop architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models using AutoCAD and SketchUp.

* Create high-quality 3D renders and visualizations using V-Ray.

* Assist in the preparation of design presentations, concepts, and working drawings.

* Coordinate with the design team, clients, and consultants to ensure project requirements are met.

* Ensure accuracy, detailing, and compliance with architectural standards.

* Support project execution from concept to final design.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray (knowledge of Photoshop, Lumion, or Revit will be an added advantage).

* Strong understanding of design principles, detailing, and visualization.

* Good communication and presentation skills.

* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

1. Tracking/management of all software assets to include internal license assessments
2. Participate in software vendor contract/license negotiations and the development of software licenses and associated maintenance contracts.
3. Knowledge in SW license procurement & hands on experience in Ariba tool.
4. Prepare and assist in the performance of periodic compliance report
5. Provide support to end users regarding specific vendor product use rights
6. Assist in the establishment of internal and controls related to software asset management, governance and compliance
7. Exposure in Oracle, MS, IBM, Adobe and other enterprise licensing.
8. Handled Cloud – AWS, Amazon, GCP & Billing
9. Participated in license compliance audit.
10. Tracking/management of software license governance and compliance in accordance with enterprise policy, process, procedures and controls by internal staff and external service providers

• Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions for India and US accounts

• Managing commissions calculations and accounting for US Sales employees

• Process travel and expense reports that are billed to clients which involves managing reports of US employees

• Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries

• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting

• Handle day to day functioning of the Accounts and finance functions & Ledger Scrutiny

• Periodic (weekly, monthly) metrics and analytics reporting for the company.

• Backup for generating renewal Maintenance and Support invoices for customers.
