Business Developer

We are hiring a Flutter Developer with strong experience in Flutter, Dart, and Firebase to build scalable cross-platform mobile applications.

🔹 Requirements

• 2+ years of Flutter development experience
• Strong knowledge of Dart
• Hands-on experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, FCM)
• Experience in REST API integration
• Knowledge of state management (Bloc / Provider / Riverpod)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards for Gurgaon clientele.
• Develop innovative design concepts, layouts, and material boards based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, vendors, and contractors to deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Prepare detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Supervise on-site execution, resolve design challenges, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, ensuring design excellence across all projects.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential/luxury interior design.
• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing premium/luxury design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 
• Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and space planning.

As a Backend Developer you will be responsible for the server-side of our web applications

and you will work closely with our engineers to ensure the system consistency and improving

Role and Responsibilities

• As an experienced backend developer, your primary focus will be the development of all

server-side systems

• A basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well. You will test, secure

and deploy your code

• Knowledge of Node.js is a must along with a server-sideframework

Job Role : Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow multiple engineering teams committed to building the innovative products
• Work effectively cross-functionally to drive change and influence product and process decisions.
• Help to shape thinking around designing scalable products and business processes/programs to support KlearNow rapid growth.
• Be both a deep technical leader and a thoughtful people manager.
• Champion engineering excellence, establishing business metrics, and drive continuous operational improvement.

Minimum Qualification

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Overall 10+ years of Software engineering background.  
• 5+ years of management experience -Team Management: Lead a team of 6 – 8
• 3+ years of experience growing and managing multi-team organizations.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in core programming languages such as, Java, Python, go, SQL

• Proven track record of creating and managing high performing teams.
• Experience with logistics domain
• Interest in people and organizations.
• Demonstrate creative problem solving and analytical skills.
