Key Responsibilities

 Develop accurate 3D models and technical drawings using SOLIDWORKS and/or Revit.

 Prepare engineering drawings, design layouts, shop drawings, and project documentation.

Main Responsibilities: 

1. Admin Support 

• Help the sales team with daily tasks 

• Manage their meetings, travel plans, and appointments 

• Prepare and share sales reports, proposals, and presentations 

2. Customer Support 

• Keep customer records and databases updated 

• Answer customer questions and resolve their issues politely 

• Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments 

3. Sales Coordination 

• Manage the sales process from order to delivery 

• Ensure orders are handled correctly and on time 

• Check stock levels and ensure product availability 

4. Telecalling & Lead Generation 

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company services 

• Generate and qualify new leads through calls, emails, and online platforms 

• Maintain a database of prospects and track follow-ups 

• Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with interested leads 

• Work towards achieving lead generation and conversion targets 

5. Communication & Teamwork 

• Coordinate with departments like marketing, accounts, and logistics 

• Ensure smooth communication within the team and with clients 

• Support in planning meetings, events, and exhibitions 

6. Data Handling & Reports  

• Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy computer vision and machine learning models for analyzing visual and document-based data.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models, particularly in Computer Vision or document understanding.
• Strong proficiency in Python for machine learning and data processing.
• Hands-on experience with modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch and libraries in the Hugging Face ecosystem.
• Experience with computer vision tooling such as OpenCV.
• Experience with common ML and data science libraries such as scikit-learn, NumPy, and Pandas.
• Experience developing models for tasks such as segmentation, object detection, or document analysis.
• Experience working with large image datasets and building training pipelines.
• Solid understanding of model evaluation, data preprocessing, and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced product environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering and product teams.
