About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate Fullstack Product Engineer with a strong JavaScript foundation to work on a high-impact, scalable product. You’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to build intuitive UIs and performant backends using modern technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable features across the frontend and backend.
• Work with tech stacks like Node.js, React.js, Vue.js, and others.
• Contribute to system design, architecture, and code quality enforcement.
• Follow modern engineering practices including TDD, CI/CD, and live coding evaluations.
• Collaborate in code reviews, performance optimizations, and product iterations.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of hands-on fullstack development experience.
• Strong command over JavaScript, Node.js, and React.js.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and/or GraphQL.
• Good grasp of OOP principles, TDD, and writing clean, maintainable code.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and frontend performance optimization.

Good to Have

• Exposure to Docker, AWS, Kubernetes, or Terraform.
• Experience in other backend languages or frameworks.
• Experience with microservices and scalable system architectures.

 B.S. or above degree in Computer Science or related technical field  Work ethics: As a company and team we expect you to be an expert in your field, within our team – operating alone and as a project team. Be comfortable with delivering presentations to larger audiences  Enterprise infrastructure solution architecture experience o Good knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and SAML security standards with global identity providers including AADS, ADFS, GoogleID, OKTA , PING o Azure platform experience with related certifications o At least basic knowledge of Python. o Remote software distribution technologies like SCCM/ARD etc. desirable o Windows Application packaging and deployment experience desirable o Windows Virtualisation technologies experience including Citrix, Windows Remote Desktop, App-V, Hyper-V VMware Horizon, Windows Virtual Desktop desirable

We are looking for a Flutter Developer to build and enhance our mobile application for Android and iOS. You will be responsible for developing a high-performance, user-friendly, and scalable app that delivers a seamless experience for travelers and property owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy Homly’s mobile application using Flutter.
• Optimize the app for performance, responsiveness, and smooth UI/UX.
• Integrate APIs, Firebase, payment gateways, and other third-party services.
• Work closely with designers and backend developers to ensure seamless functionality.
• Fix bugs, enhance app features, and ensure smooth navigation using GoRouter.
• Implement state management using Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.

Working Conditions: 

• Sales engineers will drive the sales growth from their respective zones (it may be Bangalore/Chennai). 
• Work timings are from 9:30 AM to 07: 30 PM with suitable time offs for lunch and snacks. (Monday to Friday) 
• Travelling to prospective clients may be required for demo/trial as and when required. 

• Identifying private/public landlords and retail partners

• Developing, maintaining, and growing relationships with existing tenants.

• Regularly canvassing the trade area to identify new tenant/partner opportunities, networking with local small businesses & entrepreneurs, and attending relevant trade shows and events to expand the business.

• Networking with area leasing representatives, brokers, and industry associates.

• Identifying and developing new leasable locations in the common area.

• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing partners and customers

• Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets

• Negotiating lease agreements and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person

•   R&D of the market.

• Minimum 2 years of experience. Individuals with a higher degree of expertise will be considered for senior opportunities
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or related fields
• Experience working with and presenting summaries of large datasets
• Experience working with JavaScript , Reactnative and frontend frameworks
• Experience on system designs and architecture.
• Working experience with large, complex Enterprise dashboards is a plus.
• Passionate about innovating, learning new skills and technology
• Comfortable working on frontend and backend tasks is a plus

• Manage sales operations in assigned district to achieve revenue goals.
• Supervise sales team members; the BSMs, on daily basis and provide guidance whenever needed.
• Identify skill gaps and conduct trainings to sales team.
• Work with team to implement new sales techniques to obtain profits.
