● Experience: 5+ years of experience in front-end development with significant experience using ReactJS and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router, etc.).

● Leadership: Proven ability to take the lead on complex projects, guide junior developers, and drive technical decision-making.

● Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work through complex issues and deliver creative solutions. ● Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, back-end engineers, and product managers. Technical Skills Required:

● ReactJS 16+: Deep expertise in ReactJS, including lifecycle methods, hooks, functional components, and performance optimization techniques.

● Redux: Advanced knowledge of Redux for managing and debugging application state, including middleware like Redux Thunk or Redux Saga for handling async actions.

● Typescript: Proficiency in TypeScript for building strongly typed and scalable applications, with a focus on maintainability and reducing runtime errors.

● NodeJS & ExpressJS: Solid experience in using NodeJS and ExpressJS for building RESTful services, handling HTTP requests, and integrating with various APIs.

● Material UI: Strong experience with Material UI to build rich, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces while adhering to design principles.

● RESTful APIs: Expertise in designing, consuming, and optimizing REST APIs to enable efficient data transfer between client and server.

● Version Control: Proficient in Git and GitHub/Bitbucket for source control and version management.

● Testing: Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and methodologies for front-end development (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).

● Build Tools &a Bundlers: Experience with modern build tools like Webpack, Babel, and bundling tools for optimizing the front-end codebase."

● Cloud Technologies: Experience deploying and maintaining applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

● CI/CD Pipelines: Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines, with experience in tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.

● Mobile Development: Familiarity with mobile-first design principles and responsive web design (RWD), as well as experience building applications that work across desktop tablet, and mobile devices." Roles & Responsibilities "

● End-to-End Product Ownership: Take ownership of the development and evolution of core product features from conception through to launch, ensuring they meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

● Collaborative Design & Development: Partner with product managers, UX/UI designers, and back-end engineers to architect and implement scalable, user-centric, and highly performant ReactJS applications. ● User-Centric Development: Understand customer needs and translate them into effective, intuitive user experiences. Participate in user research, A/B testing, and iterative product improvement.

● ReactJS Development: Lead the design and development of complex web applications using ReactJS 16+ and ensure high performance and scalability across different browsers and platforms.

● State Management with Redux: Architect and implement Redux-based solutions to manage application state in large-scale, high-performance applications.

● Typescript Expertise: Utilize Typescript for type-safe, scalable, and maintainable front- end code, ensuring a seamless development experience.

● Backend Integration: Use NodeJS and ExpressJS to create efficient server-side functionality, integrate with RESTful APIs, and ensure smooth front-end to back-end communication.

● UI Design with Material UI: Create clean, user-friendly interfaces using Material UI components, ensuring an elegant and responsive design that meets user expectations.

● Code Quality: Write clean, reusable, and modular code following best practices. Continuously refactor and optimize code for performance improvements.

● Collaboration & Mentorship: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back- end developers to deliver user-centric features. Mentor and guide junior developers in the team.

● Agile Development: Work in an Agile development environment, actively participating in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of features.

● Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks in the application and implement solutions to improve load times, responsiveness, and overall user experience. ● Cross-browser Compatibility: Ensure the web application works seamlessly across all modern browsers and devices, using responsive design principles.

• SAP Real Estate Management (SAP REM)/ RE-FX
• SAP REM – need a very strong senior-level SAP Real Estate experience immediately
• Should be able to identify, design and configure SAP Real Estate management. Can act as a lead and run client workshops. # of resources required = 1
• SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (REFX) module – configuration and enhancement, integration with SAP FI/CO/PM/PS, Record & Case Management, reporting in BW system.
• Integration of RE-FX/FI-AA/PM with Geo enablement & maps.
• ABAP development: SAP Data Dictionary, SAP Functions (local and RFC), BAPI, custom ALV reports and data upload programs, User Exits, BAdI, Adobe PDF forms.

• Design and driving learning strategy and charter for company, inline with business priorities.
• Provide a responsive, effective and efficient centralized- Learning and Development (L&D) function within the newly established Centre of Excellence (CoE) providing a range of Learning and Development services across functions.
• Foster a culture of continuous-learning through various interventions, and providing access to curated, relevant content to the team.
• The incumbent will aggregate and support the delivery of the L&D strategy and the development of the L&D offerings across company
• Design and execute learning journeys for specific cohorts such as high potentials, leadership, any identified critical roles/functions
• Ownership of associated metrics and data for learning & development, and talent processes
