Senior Frontend Engineer

Role Overview:

The Frontend Development Intern will help build and refine the UI components for CopilotGTM, especially focusing on interfaces for proposal generation and customer-facing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design and product teams to create user-friendly interfaces.
• Assist in developing UI components for proposal creation and sales tool integration.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve user experience.
• Debug and troubleshoot frontend issues to ensure a smooth user experience.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks like React.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Familiarity with version control (Git).

Preferred:

• Experience with design tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Knowledge of backend APIs and integration workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Be a key player in the entire application development lifecycle, build and maintain excellent react applications with clean code
• Formulating an effective process to implement pixel-perfect UI's that match designs.
• Generating front-end libraries and reusable components for later use. 
• Maximizing performance of components across a wide range of web-capable devices and browsers Skills.
• Working in collaboration with the team members and project managers to develop clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience.
• Create and maintain workflow with the team for implementing and integrating the third-party APIs and work along with the backend team.
• Flexible in working with a small team of frontend-backend developers, a project manager, and other programmers.
• Liaise with the internal team to produce top-notch prototypes and mock-ups.
• Participating in concepts of new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry development trends and assisting team members for development.
• An understanding of common programming paradigms and fundamental React principles, similar as React components, hooks, and the React lifecycle.
• Discussing and implementing new project management ideas with team and problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles.
• Keep abreast with day to day developments in technology and working with native modules.
• Assist with building estimates and assume accountability for your job and results delivery.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, computer applications or related fields.
• Proven working experience as a React Developer for 3+ years and above.
• Hands-on experience on  HTML5, CSS3, and  CSS frameworks.
• Demonstrable knowledge on  Web services, Web API, REST services & GraphQL.
• Expertise in UI design and development of responsive web applications using React, Redux, Flask and Hooks.
• Applicable knowledge on Social API integration, Core location APIs, Web Views, Payments integration
• Proficiency in understanding of layout aesthetics .
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Ability to solve novel and challenging React problems.
• Capability to understand ,develop and sustain continuous integration and delivery.

• Develop user interface components and implement them using well-known React workflows & best-practices. Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Take complete ownership of features, break it down to smaller tasks, identify blockers and find solutions for them; collaborate with other cross-functional teams to deliver the feature on time.
• Create responsive layouts for different mobile screens and desktops with search friendly markup
• Translating visual designs and product wireframes into high quality code

• Min 2+ years of experience in developing modern consumer facing web applications using React and Redux
• Should be aware of latest React patterns and know how to leverage react hooks, functional components and higher order components
• Strong proficiency in CSS, JavaScript, including DOM manipulation
• Must know basics of web technology
• Tech skills needed: React, Typescript, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Redux

• - Contribute to a full development life cycle, including: requirements analysis, functional design, technical design, programming, testing, documentation, implementation, and on-going technical support.
• - Work closely with the existing team to learn the current application architecture, design and understand its functionalities and complexities.
• - Bridge the gap between graphic design and backend technical implementation
• - Build modular, responsive templates using modern CSS techniques
• - Translate UI/UX design wireframes to actual code
• Testing cross-browser, cross-platform, and/or cross-device compatibility for inconsistencies.

• - 2+ years of industry experience as a Front End Developer Engineer
• - Degree in Computer Science or related field
• - Experience with developing web and mobile applications
• - Extensive knowledge HTML5 / CSS3 / JavaScript / jQuery / Bootstrap / ReactJS, AngularJS
• - Strong experience in JSON/XML and REST/SOAP based Web Service based integration.
• - Experience (mandatory) with working Web Framework versions with exposure to creating components and handling AJAX calls.
• - Good to have knowledge in JIRA, GIT.
• - Strong knowledge of Client-Server Architecture.
• - Basic Proficiency with Python or relevant back-end scripting language
• - Ability to think critically and creatively in a dynamic environment, while picking up new tools and domain knowledge along the way

Job description

The primary role of this position is to receive final product design from Figma and then create pixel perfect UI in React Native (iOS, Android & Web App). It is of highest priority that communication is clear and transparent. The successful candidate must have the ability to self-manage each task not requiring a large amount of detailed explanation to complete.

Responsibilities

• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms and Web App.
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms and Web App.
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.

Skills

• Firm grasp of the JavaScript (and TypeScript) language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax
• Knowledge of (functional or object-oriented) programming
• Ability to write well-documented, clean JavaScript code
• Fluent at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
