Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Scientist – AI/ML who has hands-on experience in building, training, fine-tuning, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with real-world datasets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating insights and solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, train, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models

Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering

Fine-tune ML/DL models to improve accuracy and performance

Deploy models into production using APIs or cloud platforms

Monitor model performance and retrain models as required

Work closely with clients to understand business problems and translate them into AI/ML solutions

Present findings, model outcomes, and recommendations to stakeholders

Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and product teams

Document workflows, models, and deployment processes

 Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts (Supervised, Unsupervised learning)

Hands-on experience with ML algorithms (Linear/Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forest, XGBoost, etc.)

Experience with Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch / Keras)

Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)

Experience in model deployment using Flask/FastAPI, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Understanding of model fine-tuning and performance optimization

Basic knowledge of SQL and data handling

Good client communication and documentation skills

Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI

Exposure to MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, CI/CD pipelines)

Experience working on live or client-based AI projects

Kaggle, GitHub, or portfolio showcasing AI/ML projects

 Education

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field

Relevant certifications or project experience will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

·    Support and Expand the Investment Performance Calculation and Reporting Applications within Nuveen. 

·    Understand and document business and functional requirements for performance calculation and reporting

Required Skills

·    Candidate must have 7-10 years of experience working with Asset Management firms

·    Candidate must have 3-5 years of experience working on investment performance calculation & reporting projects

·    Candidate must have 3-5 years of experience with projects related to IBOR systems for Asset Management firms supporting all the major asset classes

·    Candidate must be able to query and analyze data using SQL tools

·    Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills

·    Candidate must have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

·    Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university in IT/ Computer Science

Preferred Skills

·    Knowledge of Leveraged Loans asset class

·    Knowledge of FactSet and Eagle Performance

·    Working knowledge of Jira & Confluence

·    CFA or CIPM certifications is plus

We are looking for a Product Lead who will work in collaboration with the Global team and take responsibility for growing the product. Our product team will be the guiding force for all our products, working towards the birth and growth of each element of BLITZPOKER on a daily basis.

You will be responsible to plan, manage & implement schedules to ensure deadlines are met and maintaining a high-quality standard of product, live-ops & delivery. You will be working closely with our design, business, engineering, and operations team, to comprehend user-faced hurdles, brainstorm and curate beautiful solutions and also ensure that BLITZ Brand grows manifolds. This role would provide you with an opportunity to join a small team with big ambitions and grow products from scratch to the hockey stick trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Manage products with supervision and run live operations for the games/other products.
• Plan daily operations.
• Responsible for the growth of a critical business line for the company.
• Identify key features based on customer and market feedback.
• Responsible to look into product analytics and finding insights for the growth of the business.
• Coordinates activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements.
• Communicates with all relevant departments to ensure delivery times are met.
• Manage the product life cycle of the assigned product module and ensure all product enhancements are thought through and implemented.
• Work with Marketing leads from Acquisition, Brand, Consumer Research, Corporate Development, and others to develop and execute integrated marketing plans through all phases of product development.
• Responsible for finding hacks to grow in product and also in new game ventures.
• Responsible for making data-driven decisions for all the experiments across the products

Requirements

Role and Responsibilities

• Constantly putting yourself in our user’s shoes in order to understand both the delights, and the frustrations of their product experience
• Iterate on our product suite to look for ways we can deliver more value to our customer
• Identify growth levers that can create significant improvements in our growth
• Analyze and scope new product features and initiatives with our data, marketing and engineering teams
• Run experiments and take ownership of analysis from these experiments/KPIs
• Write accessible documentation on product features and initiatives
• Work with usage data and analytics to track product rollouts and feature efficacy

Skills & Experience

• You have 2-3 years or more in consumer tech (ideally Fintech) in a product role
• You are passionate about making a social impact and want to help build a business that dramatically improves people’s lives-You constantly generate ideas about how you might improve a product
• You have significant experience on extracting and delivering consumer insights via focus groups, usability tests, surveys, behavioral data, A/B testing
• You have a strong analytical background and can dive deep into KPIs to understand how to improve them
• You are not discouraged when an idea is released and doesn’t lead to the optimum outcome, instead you will learn from it and move to the next project
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to multitask
