Your Day-to-Day Work
In short, you will be fully responsible for anything related to design or user experience. Below are some of the tasks you will be performing on a consistent basis:
- Designing new features with the best UX possible by researching existing designs, conducting user research, etc.
- Building high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
- Working closely with developers to ensure your designs are implemented with pixel-perfect precision. Reviewing designs and testing functionalities in GitHub Pull Requests (PRs).
- Designing landing pages, social media creatives, and product demos.
- Regularly reviewing feedback and issues reported by users, digging deep into product analytics (Mixpanel), and prioritizing tasks.

Working Hours:
We are a fully remote and asynchronous team. You can work on your own schedule, but there should be some hours of daily overlap when you can communicate with your team. You are required to work at least 5 days a week (40 hours per week).
