We are seeking an experienced Lead Web App Developer - Backend to design and maintain scalable, cloud-based backend systems. This role demands expertise in microservices, AWS, and backend technologies to deliver efficient and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable backend systems for cloud-based web applications.
• Develop microservices using AWS (Lambda, SQS, SNS) and databases (MySQL, NoSQL).
• Design and implement REST APIs for seamless communication between systems.

Required Skills:

• Experience: 10+ Years in backend development; 3+ Years in large-scale, microservices-based projects.
• Backend Technologies: Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and Java.
• Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with AWS services (Lambda, SQS, SNS).
• Database Skills: Expertise in MySQL and NoSQL databases.
• Microservices Architecture: Deep understanding of distributed systems and scalability.
• DevOps Tools: Hands-on experience with Docker.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop strong analytics system and predictive models
• Managing a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and big data specialists
• Identify valuable data sources and automate data collection processes
• Undertake pre-processing of structured and unstructured data

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a seasoned Data Scientist
• Good Experience in data mining processes
• Understanding of machine learning and Knowledge of operations research is a value addition
• Strong understanding and experience in R, SQL, and Python; Knowledge base with Scala, Java, or C++ is an asset
• Experience using business intelligence tools (e. g. Tableau) and data frameworks (e. g. Hadoop)
• Strong math skills (e. g. statistics, algebra)
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Strong competitive coding skills
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field; graduate degree in Data Science or other quantitative field is preferred

An aesthetically pleasing design creates a positive response in people’s brains and leads them to believe the design works better. Users often perceive aesthetically pleasing design as design that’s more usable. We need Visual Designers who know how to make their design interfaces usable, how to draw the user’s eye to the correct information and functionality., and how to prioritise content on a page through size, colour, and the use of negative space. We need visual designers who have mastered the basics of UI, graphic design, branding, and visual communication. This is because they have to translate a brand’s style and voice into a beautiful yet usable design. We take our design process seriously. So research via surveys, customer feedback, heat mapping, and analytics forms a core part of our process. Our designs go through an internal design checklist so that we achieve user goals while keeping in mind technical limitations. You need to be someone who’s flexible, agile, responsive and honestly, calm! You will be juggling multiple projects. The office environment is young and dynamic. It's a work-hard, play-hard culture.   Strong knowledge in statistical and data mining techniques: GLM/Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Trees, text mining, etc. 

 Sound Knowlegde querying databases and using statistical computer languages: R, Python, SQL, etc. 

 Strong understanding creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc. 

Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of Network Equipment e.g CCTV Camera, Network Switch, Router, Wi-fi, Server and Desktop computer etc. Willing to travel entire India based on project requirement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Scrum Master certification with a deep understanding of all things Agile (Scrum, Kanban, and other methodologies)
• 3+ years of multi-project management experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, technical (SDLC) environment
• Experience working in Web, Mobile Applications and OTT development teams in technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, IOS, Android
• Experience running A/B Tests and experiments with website teams
• Website Release Deployment/Management experience
• Deep knowledge of agile and traditional frameworks
• Extensive experience in road mapping, planning, Gantt as well as fostering iterative processes and feedback milestones in the SDLC
• Experience with AWS, GitHub and Jenkins
• Proficiency in tools: Youtrack, Microsoft Teams, Confluence, Sharepoint
• Ability to thrive in a creative and deadline-driven environment
• Ability to travel occasionally to other offices(post-covid)
• Experience with Content Management Systems
