Strong Senior Brand Strategist Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 4+ years of pure brand strategy experience at branding/strategy agencies (not advertising/campaign-only roles)

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have hands-on experience with brand strategy frameworks for new brand creation and rebranding initiatives (brand persona, positioning, narrative, tone of voice, guidelines)

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have experience conducting and leading brand workshops, integrating research inputs (primary + secondary) into insights and brand positioning

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have B2C brand strategy experience (B2B exposure is highly preferred but optional)

Mandatory (Skills 1) – Must have strong writing and storytelling skills to translate brand positioning into compelling narratives, messaging, tone, and strategic decks.

Mandatory (Skills 2) – Must be able to manage end-to-end brand strategy projects, including research synthesis, workshop facilitation, positioning, framework creation, and collaboration with design teams for visual translation.

Mandatory (Portfolio) - Must have a portfolio or compilation of case studies showing rebranding projects, positioning frameworks, workshop involvement, research synthesis, and strategy-to-design translation

Mandatory (Education) – Preferably a degree/master’s in Marketing, Brand Strategy, Design, or Communication from reputed institutes (e.g., MICA, NID, Srishti, or similar).

Job Description

1. Total of  8/9 years of development experience Data Engineering . B1/BII role
2. Minimum of 4/5 years in AWS Data Integrations and should be very good on Data modelling skills.
3. Should be very proficient in end to end AWS Data solution design, that not only includes strong data ingestion, integrations (both Data @ rest and Data in Motion) skills but also complete DevOps knowledge.
4. Should have experience in delivering at least 4 Data Warehouse or Data Lake Solutions on AWS.
5. Should be very strong experience on Glue, Lambda, Data Pipeline, Step functions, RDS, CloudFormation etc.
6. Strong Python skill .
7. Should be an expert in Cloud design principles, Performance tuning and cost modelling. AWS certifications will have an added advantage
8. Should be a team player with Excellent communication and should be able to manage his work independently with minimal or no supervision.
9. Life Science & Healthcare domain background will be a plus

Qualifications

BE/Btect/ME/MTech

The tech stack looks like the below (expect this to change as we scale):

1. Typescript for APIs (REST and GraphQL)
2. Kafka, Spark, and data warehouses for ML pipelines (spark on python/scala)
3. Solidity + hardhat for smart contracts (in the future, rust, go and move)
4. AWS & Terraform
5. Full nodes

You can expect to do some or all of the following:

1. Read through protocols’ whitepapers and smart contracts to derive metrics and analyze risks
2. Architect the backend for APIs, async jobs, and blockchain integration
3. Build clean, concise APIs for customer integration, along with the documentation
4. Setup, run and maintain full and archive nodes across different chains
5. Integrate with multiple partners like exchanges and custody providers
6. Fool-proof security across the stack - encryption, hashing, privacy, VPC, etc.
7. Infrastructure as code - build terraform scripts and ensure easy replication of the infra across different regions
8. Research the top DeFi protocols to uncover better insights for our customers and evaluate their risk profiles, security, and historical returns
9. Manage production deployments, logging, and monitoring

We expect you to be fairly comfortable with working with both web3 and web2 stacks. We do not expect that you have web3 experience on day 1, but you should be willing to wear multiple hats, learn things quickly and move fast.

1. Java Lead : 8-12 Years – GGN Location - NP : 60 Days max

• Experience on Full stack development and Microservices Architecture.
• Proven experience implementing distributed applications in a container environment (Docker/Kubernetes) along with considerable experience configuring and administrating Linux (or other Unix-like) systems Software engineering experience designing Enterprise Cloud Applications with Golang will be preferred
• Experience in any Databases like Postgres or any NoSQL DB like MongoDb
• Expertise in defining business architecture, business process definition & modelling, use cases, and requirements definition, and associated best practice processes for defining these artifacts
• Proven proficiency in grasping requirements and building illustrative features with minimal specifications
• Experience working in SAfe agile development environments.
