LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST-INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER

Location: Bangalore (with occasional travel to Delhi)

Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Monday–Saturday)

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creator who can bring our interior design stories to life through high-quality videos and photographs. This role focuses on capturing engaging visual content from our office, sites, and events — documenting the creative journey from concept to completion.

If you enjoy storytelling through visuals, know your way around a camera and gimbal, and have an eye for aesthetic detail, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture engaging videos and photographs across office setups, on-site projects, and events.
• Plan and execute before-and-after visuals to highlight project progress and transformation.
• Handle videography and photography equipment (DSLR, gimbal, iPhone) efficiently.
• Understand angles, framing, lighting, and composition to produce professional-quality content.
• Edit and enhance content for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Leverage AI tools for generating and improving visuals or videos where relevant.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align visuals with brand storytelling.
• Travel to other cities (as required) for shoots and site coverage.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in videography, content creation, or digital media.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and transitions.
• Proficiency with DSLRs, gimbals, and mobile content creation.
• Basic video editing and color correction skills.
• Familiarity with AI-driven content enhancement tools is a plus.
• Prior experience in interior design, architecture, or lifestyle shoots preferred.
• A proactive, creative mindset with attention to aesthetic detail.

Responsibilities:

 Ensure product delivery is fast, low-cost and sustainable.

 Take responsibility from development to customer support.

 Research and implement things wherever needed, improve efficiency using

automation, and methods like test driven development.

 Setting up events for user, performance and error analytics.

 Participate in product and design ideation, collaborate with the team to

implement high-quality features.

Skills & Qualifications

 2 years of experience in software development preferably B2C experience.

 Experience in React native, Javascript.

 Experience with popular React workflows (such as Flux or Redux).

 Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript (ES6 & ES5 ).

 Familiarity with RESTful APIs.

 Experience in working with the MERN stack or similar frameworks

 Fresher Most Welcome (Education Background – Marketing only)

 Must have Good Knowledge with Marketing

 Must have Knowledge with Product Sales

 Experience with Product Sales or Marketing (Plus Point)

Required technical skills

• 3+ years of experience as a software developer using GoLang with > 3 years prior experience in an Object Orientated language
•  At least 1 year working experience on Linux operating system

Nice to have:

• Experience in the finance industry or knowledge of financial products/markets
• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Java experience
• Experience with multi-tier application architecture and streaming systems
• Message streaming using Kafka
• Knowledge and experience adhering to software development life cycle best practices including test-driven development, unit testing discipline, agile development, and CI/CD strategies
• Working knowledge of building and deploying distributed systems      
• Experience with cloud technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, AKS

• Excellent working knowledge of OOPs, SOLID principles and different design patterns.
• Solid hands on experience and deep understanding of different architectures.
• Solid working knowledge of Objective C and Swift, iOS application development and iOS fundamentals.
• Proficient with general swift language features, collections, protocol oriented programming, etc.
• Hands on experience of implementing architecture patterns and designing/implementing unit test cases using XCTest & other third party libraries.
• Solid working experience of debugging, profiling tools, developer portal and App Store release process.
