About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our business by identifying, reaching out to, and engaging potential customers across multiple channels.

As an SDR, your primary responsibility will be to initiate conversations with prospects, understand their needs, generate interest in our solutions, and schedule qualified product demonstrations for our sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and helping businesses discover solutions that can improve their operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential prospects from LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, industry directories, and other sources.
• Conduct outbound outreach through:
• LinkedIn messages
• Facebook messages
• WhatsApp
• Email campaigns
• Cold calls
• Community groups and forums
• Introduce prospects to our products and services.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
• Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in CRM systems.
• Follow up consistently with prospects until a clear outcome is achieved.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach campaigns.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and demo booking targets.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with prospects over phone calls and video meetings.
• Experience in sales, lead generation, customer support, telecalling, or business development is preferred.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, email outreach, and CRM tools.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in SaaS, software, technology, education, coaching, or digital products.
• Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Freshsales, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of sales prospecting and lead qualification techniques.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Delhi NCR. The role includes driving sales initiatives, maintaining strong customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, managing training sessions for staff or partners, and overseeing sales management strategies. The Specialist will also play a key role in developing and executing marketing plans to enhance the company's market presence and brand recognition.

Job Description:.

• Deploy and configure DLP solutions such as Forcepoint, CoSoSys, or Netskope across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments.
• Customize DLP policies and rules to address organizational data security needs.
• Continuously monitor data flow and detect unauthorized access or data exfiltration attempts.
• Analyze DLP alerts and logs to identify potential threats and escalate as necessary.
• Develop, implement, and manage DLP policies to prevent data breaches and leaks.
• Integrate DLP solutions with other security tools, including SIEM.
• Provide technical support for DLP tools and resolve related issues promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in DLP technologies, particularly Forcepoint, CoSoSys, and Netskope.

Skill Requirements:

• Good communication skills.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience in the installation of Forcepoint Cososys or Netskope.
• Should have own conveyance.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 

• 2 years’ experience in the installation of Forcepoint Cososys or Netskope.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within the instructions' parameters.
