Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of applications built on VB.Net
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to best practices
• Architect solutions and provide technical direction for new features and enhancements
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues escalated by the team

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks
• Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and support the professional growth of team members

Project & Stakeholder Management

Process & Quality
