We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who’s hungry to win—someone who thrives on conversations, not comfort, and can fill the founder’s calendar with high-intent SaaS leads. 

What You’ll Do: 

● Own top-of-funnel outreach: research, prospect, and qualify leads from our ICP (future-focused SaaS brands). 

● Personalize cold outreach across email, LinkedIn, and calls using our playbooks and tools. 

● Book high intent qualified meetings/month with the founder. 

● Run crisp qualification conversations: you’re not spamming; you’re diagnosing.

● Maintain and update lead data, activity, and notes in CRM tools (we’ll provide systems + training). 

● Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, identify opportunities, and close the feedback loop fast.

Position: Fashion Designer (3D Garment Designer) - Performance & Active Wear

Location: Kanpur

Experience: 2-5 year in 3D garment designing

Position Overview:

The 3D Garment Designer will play a critical role in the development and creation of high-performance active wear. Qualifications:
