Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with 3+ years of experience to lead complex technical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SDLC methodologies, system architecture, and technology stacks, with the ability to engage effectively with engineering and product teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Projects: Oversee multiple complex projects, develop and maintain schedules, and ensure timely delivery.
• Technical Collaboration: Validate business requirements and translate client needs into actionable tasks.
• Lead Agile/Scrum: Guide sprints, backlog grooming, and retrospectives using tools like Jira and MS Project.
• Cross-Functional Teamwork: Manage relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and key milestones.
• Resource & Budget Management: Allocate resources, manage budgets, and optimize team time management.
• Mentorship: Mentor teams on bot-building processes and contribute to the development roadmap.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years as an IT Project Manager, preferably with consumer-facing products.
• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, preferably from a Tier 1 institute.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of SDLC, system architecture, and various tech platforms (Android, iOS, Web, Voice).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, MS Project, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Preferred:

• Experience in the Chatbots/AI domain and a strong understanding of the consumer internet ecosystem.
• Experience working in startups or entrepreneurial settings.
