We are looking for a Business Development Executive with strong sales skills in software products, packages, and IT services to join our growing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and convert inbound & outbound leads into confirmed sales.
• Identify potential clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable software/IT packages.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up regularly with prospects.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close profitable deals.
• Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user-friendly, robust, and scalable Flutter/Android/iOS applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to understand requirements and translate them into functional applications.
• Implement clean and efficient code following best practices, coding standards, and design patterns specific to mobile development.
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and stability of the applications by conducting thorough testing and debugging.
• Integrate RESTful APIs to fetch and send data from/to the backend servers.
• Work with SQLite or other database technologies to implement data persistence in mobile applications.
• Implement effective UI/UX designs following Material Design guidelines to ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience.

1. Should have experience in full life cycle of Web Application Development in Linux environment using Apache, PHP, MySQL/MSSQL/ Oracle.

2. Hands on experience in these technologies is a must (PHP 5, Ajax, CSS / HTML5 / XHTML , Web development)

3. Should have experience in template engine like smarty and at least one MVC frame work (Laravel / Zend / Symphony / Cake Php / Code Igniter).

4. Should have worked on any of the content management system (Joomla / Drupal / Simple CMS etc)

5. Should have worked on any of one of JS frameworks like YUI, JQuery , MooTools, ExtJS and AJAX

• You will work with Account Managers and clients to troubleshoot the challenges they face on a day-to-day basis. This could be anything from solving small CMS hiccups to recommending a better workflow, leveraging HubL for a better solution, to executing great parts of HubSpot CRM implementations.
• You will work closely with the tech and marketing delivery teams to architect and implement HubSpot setup and workflows so you can achieve client goals in the most efficient manner.
• You will support and eventually lead HubSpot onboarding for company clients.
• You will be required to upskill on HubSpot and a host of other martech tools continuously and over time become a match specialist.
• You will enable the learning of others on HubSpot, so your love for knowledge sharing will be put to use.
• You will be assigned as a Project Manager for the company's marketing services clients.

Qualifications and skills

• 3+ Years working on HTML/CSS. JavaScript is a plus
• Experience working with Content Management Systems like HubSpot, WordPress, etc. 
• Have experience in HubL and creating HubSpot templates using HubL. HubSpot CMS certification is a plus.
• Worked with web designers to create HubSpot templates and custom modules from scratch.
• Worked on apps and integrations from the HubSpot marketplace.
• Understand APIs and integrations, from the tech as well as the business sides.
• Strong sense of design and are able to articulate what is on-trend, what looks good. Attention to detail is a must.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once
