About the Role :
We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer (React.js, Next.js - SSR & SSG) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-quality, scalable, and responsive web applications while collaborating closely with design and backend teams.
Mandatory Skills :
React.js, Next.js (SSR & SSG), JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SCSS, Bootstrap, Responsive Web Development, State Management (Redux/Context API), Performance Optimization, API Integration
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to convert UI/UX designs into clean, efficient, and responsive front-end code.
- Develop reusable UI components using modern frameworks such as React and Next.js.
- Implement styling using SCSS and ensure responsive design using Bootstrap.
- Optimize applications using Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) in Next.js.
- Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system for consistency across the platform.
- Ensure high performance, speed optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Identify, debug, and resolve front-end issues to enhance user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of code quality.
- Maintain and enhance existing front-end features and components.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 2 to 6 years of experience as a Frontend Developer.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js.
- Experience with SCSS for modular and component-based styling.
- Strong understanding of Bootstrap for responsive UI development.
- Experience implementing SSR and SSG in Next.js.
- Knowledge of responsive design and modern UI/UX principles.
- Familiarity with state management tools such as Redux, Recoil, or Context API.
- Experience with testing tools like Jest or Cypress.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques (e.g., lazy loading, code splitting).
- Basic understanding of blockchain concepts and tools like web3.js or ethers.js is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Good to Have :
- Experience working with design systems or component libraries.
- Exposure to Web3 or blockchain-based applications.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

About the Role

- Architecture/design / configure the data ingestion pipeline for data received from 3rd party vendors
- Data loading should be configured with ease/flexibility for adding new data sources & also refresh of the previously loaded data
- Design & implement a consumer graph, that provides an efficient means to query the data via email, phone, and address information (using any one of the fields or combination)
- Expose the consumer graph/search capability for consumption by our middleware APIs, which would be shown in the portal
- Design / review the current client-specific data storage, which is kept as a copy of the consumer master data for easier retrieval/query for subsequent usage

- Liaising with clients to identify specific business problems and develop ideas
- Communicating with colleagues within the agency, such as creatives and account managers, in the process of developing a campaign
- Gaining a comprehensive context for advertising strategies by analysing a wide range of information in detail, including demographics, socio-economic and the market for the client's product and market share;
- Commissioning research from outside organisations to inform advertising strategies, using both qualitative methods, such as focus groups and structured interviews, and quantitative methods, such as demographic profiling and questionnaires
- Running research groups
- Finding an 'angle' on a specific product or service on which to base a campaign;
- Researching the product or service to be advertised, which may involve gaining technical or specific knowledge
- Reconciling the differences between consumers' current perceptions of the brand and the way the client wishes the brand to be perceived;
- Meeting the client to learn the background of the brand and advising on possible approaches to the target market
- Providing the creative team with a clearly defined brief that contains concise information on the product, audience and strategy
- Presenting conclusions and ideas to clients and other agency staff
- Analysing and interpreting customer response and sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of the campaign.
