International Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our dynamic team as International Voice Process Executives. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls from/to international customers, providing excellent customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
• Provide information about products and services, respond to customer queries, and resolve issues effectively.
• Ensure timely and professional follow-up on customer issues.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency.
• Strive to achieve customer satisfaction and ensure positive feedback.

Requirements:

• 1-year bond commitment required
• Minimum 6 months of Experience required in an International BPO/ Call centre.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer Centric &Logical thinking and need to be enough spontaneous
• Ensure Timely& Professional Responses to all queries.
• Analytical & Probing skill.
• Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently.
• Night shift only.
• The shift timings will be 7.30 PM to 4.30 AM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

• Key Skills for Software Developer C++, Linux :
• - Looking only for candidates who can join immediately or max 10 day
• - should be able to work independently with no handholding
• - the ability to work with C/C++ code on Windows/Linux platforms
• - Database knowledge of MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL/MariaDB, ideally other ones too: Saphana, Teradata, Postgres.
• - Ability to work on their own fixing defects
• - should be able to understand secure coding practices
• - should have the Ability to work independently and with the team across different time zones

Job Role : Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow multiple engineering teams committed to building the innovative products
• Work effectively cross-functionally to drive change and influence product and process decisions.
• Help to shape thinking around designing scalable products and business processes/programs to support KlearNow rapid growth.
• Be both a deep technical leader and a thoughtful people manager.
• Champion engineering excellence, establishing business metrics, and drive continuous operational improvement.

Minimum Qualification

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Overall 10+ years of Software engineering background.  
• 5+ years of management experience -Team Management: Lead a team of 6 – 8
• 3+ years of experience growing and managing multi-team organizations.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in core programming languages such as, Java, Python, go, SQL

Preferred Qualification

• Proven track record of creating and managing high performing teams.
• Experience with logistics domain
• Interest in people and organizations.
• Demonstrate creative problem solving and analytical skills.

• Strong experience in Java Development
• Deep expertise and hands-on experience with Web Applications
