1. Software Development Engineer - Salesforce

What we ask for

We are looking for strong engineers to build best in class systems for commercial &

wholesale banking at Bank, using Salesforce service cloud. We seek experienced

developers who bring deep understanding of salesforce development practices, patterns,

anti-patterns, governor limits, sharing & security model that will allow us to architect &

develop robust applications.

You will work closely with business, product teams to build applications which provide end

users with intuitive, clean, minimalist, easy to navigate experience

Develop systems by implementing software development principles and clean code

practices scalable, secure, highly resilient, have low latency

Should be open to work in a start-up environment and have confidence to deal with complex

issues keeping focus on solutions and project objectives as your guiding North Star

Technical Skills:

● Strong hands-on frontend development using JavaScript and LWC

● Expertise in backend development using Apex, Flows, Async Apex

● Understanding of Database concepts: SOQL, SOSL and SQL

● Hands-on experience in API integration using SOAP, REST API, graphql

● Experience with ETL tools , Data migration, and Data governance

● Experience with Apex Design Patterns, Integration Patterns and Apex testing

framework

● Follow agile, iterative execution model using CI-CD tools like Azure Devops, gitlab,

bitbucket

● Should have worked with at least one programming language - Java, python, c++

and have good understanding of data structures

Preferred qualifications

● Graduate degree in engineering

● Experience developing with India stack

● Experience in fintech or banking domain

Candidate must have Deep understanding of Gujarati digital culture, trends, memes, and Gujarati cinema.

Candidate should be Fluent in Gujarati (written and spoken) with strong command over cultural nuances and local slang.

Candidate should have 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Heavy social media content creation or digital content roles

Must have direct experience owning end-to-end social media execution (ideation → creation → posting → analysis)

Proven ability to independently create high-quality social content (reels, memes, carousels, short videos)

Must be a full-stack creator – capable of ideation, writing, designing, video editing, and publishing without external dependency

Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Pika, CapCut, or similar

Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube publishing and analytics

Proven track record of driving engagement and community interaction, not just posting content

Mandatory portfolio showcasing original Gujarati content created by the candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inquiring students to select the right course

2. Responsible for selling courses through outbound, inbound and online process.

3. Achieving weekly and monthly sales target.

4. Self-momtivated and organised capable of managing a high volume of customer interactions.

5. Counsel the working professionals related to the suitable courses as per their domain

6. Familiriaty with CRM software for effective lead management and reporting wilL be an added advantage.

7. Identifying opportunities for new business development through lead generation

8. Co-ordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow up.

9. Creating and maintaining a database of prospect clients

Technical Solutions Specialist, App

• Understanding of products’ integration flows from a technical and sales perspective
• Work with the internal stakeholders in Criteo to understand client business objectives
• Providing feedback to our internal and/or client’s engineering team
• Be responsible and have ownership for the designed end to end solution’s projects
• Work in a fast-paced innovative environment and be cool under pressure
• Thrive when confronted with complex problems that require innovative solutions
• Act as a Subject matter expert on App related queries
• Leverages technical knowledge of products to meet customer needs
• Participate with the wider global team to improve and develop new tools and processes.
• Play a leading role in the testing and deployment phases of new products and customized solutions for our app business.
• Proactive development of tools and solutions that will have an impact on our campaign performance or set up to support the growth of our South APAC team
• Provide guidance to other team members on areas of expertise
• Identify bugs, report them, and work close to our internal teams for resolution

Who You Are

• Engineering background with a computer science-related degree
• Fluent in spoken & written English
• Experience with ad technology is a strong advantage, though not mandatory
• Experience in developing or reviewing/debugging code for mobile apps, ideally on both iOS and Android
• Experience with development and/or debugging MMP partner SDK's like AppsFlyer, Branch etc. will be a big plus
• Other web programming languages is a plus (JavaScript, HTML, …)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of interlocutors
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once, prioritize and execute a large number of tasks, and resolve issues quickly
• Proactivity associated with a “can do” way of working
• Problem-solving and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Autonomous personality and interested in taking initiatives and leading on projects
