Customer Solution Engineer
at Conversational Automation & Intelligence. (E1)
- Work with customers and partners to understand, identify the issues and provide technical assistance in the setup, integrations, and usage of the company platform.
- Work with the internal engineering and business development teams, to research, solve and enable customers to their full potential.
- Talk to customers through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue.
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes, manuals and FAQs.
- Ensure all customer conversations are logged. Prioritize and manage several open issues at once. Follow up with customers and other internal teams to ensure that the issues are resolved on time
- Work with the product team to identify gaps and recommend solutions for the same.
Requirements
- Up to 4 years of experience.
- An engineer with immense energy and affinity to work with customers and solve their critical issues. B.Tech, especially in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering or related fields, is highly desired.
- Experience in software development technologies. Familiarity with web technologies & scripting languages (HTML, NodeJS, Python in particular) is a strong plus.
- Ability to reason, think and identify problems and work with teams to design, estimate & deliver a solution for the same.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and writing) to converse with customers and the ability to capture knowledge into documentation & reference materials.
- A persistent learner with the ability to constantly learn and grow with the team

The key skills and expertise needed are:
1. eCommerce/Retail experience can be optional but needs to have experience with any high volume customer facing web/mobile site

3. Java, Spring Boot, React, Node, Redux, Webpack, Microservices, AND experience with AWS technologies to make the overall application stack more resilient

Job Description
- Participate in feasibility analysis of requirements for implementation. • Contribute in technical discussions regarding requirements, implementation adopting best practices/ methodologies, platforms for development and support methodology.
- Estimation and timely implementation of requirement(s) by developing a modular, scalable, high-performance code by adopting best practices.
- Own up the defect free code delivery of module/application and provide support during integration/implementation.
- Bug fixing, code optimization.
- Collaborate with the testing team to understand and resolve the bugs.
Required Skills

- Has relevant 3 to 7 years of work experience (CSM - 3 to 5 yrs; Sr CSM - 4 to 6 yrs; Lead or Principal CSM - More than 7 yrs) in a high-touch Customer Success / Strategic Consulting role in a B2B SaaS or Tech Product based company
