• Calling handling from customer and resolving the issues.

Roles & Responsibilities :
-Calling domestic customers who are looking for business-related software in different verticals.
-Gathering their requirements and giving them proper consultation about the software.
-Understanding prospect's requirements and qualifying the leads under correct categories.
-Dialing on all the leads received on categories that are assigned without fail.
Requirement :
-The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
-Should have at least 1 year of experience in the international or domestic calling process.
-Should have good communication skills.
What do we expect from you?
1) Brainstorming with the business development team to create a new project and sales strategy.
2) Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.
3) Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
4) Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.
5) Work on targets and under pressure as this is a hardcore sales profile.
6) Be on calls and counsel students throughout the day.

● Design and develop responsive and visually appealing web applications and user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, React frameworks.
● Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and software engineers to understand project requirements and translate them into interactive, user-friendly interfaces.
● Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.
● Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

● Identify and address performance and compatibility issues across different browsers and platforms.

Skills/ Experience

● Proven experience as a UI Developer or Front-End Developer, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in building user interfaces for web applications.
● Proficiency in front-end technologies such as TypeScript, Tailwind, React, Redux.
● Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
● Solid knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and best practices.
