Who are you? A Digital Designer that can skillfully orchestrate end to end Product Design. You:

• Have experience building Products at the Business, User, UX and Architecture levels with multi-disciplinary teams
• Have worked with global clients in a consulting or product team and understand communication and management protocols of large Banks
• Have a fine understanding of the fintech domain
• Understand the difference between UI and a UI Design system that can flex and scale
• Can imagine, articulate well, and create buy-in for your ideas
• Are hands-on and able to rapidly visualise ideas
• Are able to work collaboratively to deliver the UI in sprints across products
• Have a deep understanding of CX, Design beyond screens and colours 
• Can translate business requirements and customer experience into features and functions that drive the platform/product roadmap. 

What you will do:

• Client Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their design requirements, and translating them into actionable design solutions. Conduct client meetings, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• User Experience (UX) Design: Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing the user experience. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and user interactions.
• User Interface (UI) Design: Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with the project's branding and business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UI components seamlessly into the final product.
• Mentoring Trainees: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and trainees, fostering their growth and development. Conduct design workshops and share best practices to improve team skills.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and seamless design-to-development process. Advocate for design thinking and user-centric approaches within the organization.
• Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate relevant innovations into design processes

What are the Qualifications you need? 

• Proven experience (2-5 years) as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and a user-centered design approach.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch and prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of user experience principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and color theory.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining design decisions and receiving constructive feedback.
• Leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and guide team members effectively.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently
• Ability to think through product propositions ground-up considering the entire product eco-system

Required a passionate graphic designer trainer for IT Institute with relevant experience of 1-3 years. 6 days class per week. 1hour per day class.

🎨 Role Overview:

We’re seeking a Graphic Design & Animation Intern to support our team in creating high-quality illustrations, web graphics, and short animations. This is a hands-on, creative role ideal for students or recent graduates passionate about visual storytelling and design.

📌 Responsibilities:

• Design graphics, icons, and illustrations for web and digital platforms.
• Create short animations or motion graphics (e.g., for hero banners, explainer sections).
• Support in branding assets (social media creatives, website visuals).
• Collaborate with developers and content team to ensure cohesive visual output.
• Stay up to date with design trends and apply them to projects.

✅ Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing illustrations, animations, or design work (college/personal projects acceptable).
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects (or similar animation software).
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus.
• Passionate, curious, and eager to learn.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary job of the incumbent is to detail and document all customer-impacting processes.

He/ She shall also be the domain expert on the credit card management system and be the interface for system enhancements as well as testing the functionalities before the release of those enhancements into production.

●      Document all customer-impacting processes. Discuss with all stakeholders to lay out the processes for the organisation.

●      Discussion with stakeholders on business enhancements required on Credit Card management system and automation required on satellite systems/ End User computing systems.

●      Business Analysis for enhancements to the Credit Card Management System/ EUC systems.

●      Lead the UAT for Credit Card Management systems/ EUC systems. Define and execute test cases for code and product changes pending implementation.

●      Research transactional data to identify anomalies and facilitate process improvement efforts.

● Manage/ Control the overall process depository.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

SKILLS REQUIRED

●      Deep understanding of the Credit Card life cycle.

●      Deep understanding of Credit Card Management systems (Cardpac, VisionPlus, Any )

●      2/3 years’ experience in a Credit Card Operations/ Service

●      Highly organized with strong communication, problem-solving, documentation, and presentation skills.

●      Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant years’ experience considered.

●      Experience with use case development and testing coordination.

Knowledge of process analysis and process efficiencies.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Quick & Excellent Problem solving skills for complex & large scale problems
• Exposure to a wide variety of problem spaces, technologies
• Very Strong System design and OO skills with a nifty ability to craft clean interfaces and operate at the right levels of abstraction
• Solid coding skills with ability to drive teams through massive refactoring exercise & improve coding standards across large code bases
• Deep knowledge, understanding & experience of working with a large variety of multi-tier architectures.
• Awareness of pitfalls & use cases for a large variety of solutions
• Deep understanding & experience of high performance web scale & real-time response systems with experience & expertise in a variety of large scale persistent systems including large databases
• Exposure to complete product development cycles - From inception to production to scaling up, supporting new requirements, re-architectures the Principle architects should have seen it all and ideally in multiple cycles.
• Should have been part of scalable product development cycles with either large data handling or large transaction processing exposure for 5 years
• Must have worked in a small setup (either a startup or a small & reasonably independent team)
• 8+ years of overall experience
• B Tech or higher in Computer Science or equivalent required
