Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in customer relationship management and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients. Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement an end-to-end CRM campaign/journey to drive user acquisition and engagement.

● Proactively communicate with customers to gather feedback, address inquiries, and improvise the strategy.

● Monitor and analyse customer behaviour and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

● Track and report on key performance metrics related to CRM campaigns and journeys

Ideal Candidate:

● 2-5 years of experience in handling CRM tools

● Strong understanding of CRM software like Hubspot, Clevertap, Gupshup etc.

We are looking for a Content Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products and Services. You will join a team of talented marketers who work collaboratively with technology experts.

Responsibilities:-

· Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and services.

· Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.

· Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and guides for services.

· Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities

Create and maintain the information architecture

Requirements & Skill:-

· Proven working experience in Content writing, Article writing, blog writing, and post description.

· Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to detail

· Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures

· Excellent written skills in English

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• To design UI that carries wow effect
• Designing clean, professional looking UI to high standards, in a timely way
• Follow industry best practices when designing UI
• Design UI for Website, fluid/responsive mobile friendly designs.

• At least 2 years of experience
• In-depth knowledge of React, Redux
• In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, JavaScript frameworks
• Experience of React Native is added advantage

• B.Tech/B.E (preferably in Computer Science Engineering) 
• 7+ years of hands-on programming experience in building data-driven REST APIs, services & platforms using advanced Java frameworks like Spring, Redis, Node.js etc. with deep focus on integration & scale.
• We also look for hands-on experience with Mysql, Elasticsearch (or Solr) and Nosql stores.
• Our evaluation starts with focus on computer science fundamentals, data structures & algorithms.
• You will have been learning new technologies every week and prefer folks who can use golang/rust for backend development and are familiar with equivalent data stores, index stores and pub-sub technologies.

The Role

We are looking for full-stack developers with experience in building user interface components for serverless applications using React. 

The role involves working with the product management team, understand the business requirements, and take full responsibility of design, development, test and release of the applications. 

Requirements:

• Passion for building and delivering great software with a strong sense of ownership. 
• 2+ years of experience in building web applications using React with strong CSS skills.
• Independently develop new user-facing features from designs and wireframes
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

Good to have:

• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Knowledge of AWS platform and scalable application architecture
• Experience with Build and Release, Agile processes and Estimation/Planning
• Knowledge of CSS pre-processors like SCSS and LESS

• Minimum 7 years of Manual and automation experience.
• Experience of testing Application hosted over Cloud for various platform and OS.
• Web and Mobile testing expertise
• Experience on Agile and Scrum methodology

• To be responsible for effectively converting US into manual/Automation test cases for WEB and Mobile apps as per the coding standards.
• Expert in Database
• Help other team members on writing and reviewing test cases and provide sufficient help for any blocker.
• Certified as ready for release to Production follow all necessary test phases and meet the pre-agreed quality standards.
• Creates traceability records, from test cases back to requirements
• Work closely with Automation team members to understand automation progress and take ownership of analyzing any failures are there
• Provides regular quality reports on test progress, anomalies, risks and issues associated with project testing
