Angular (2+)This is a full-time onsite role for a Software Architect located in our office in Hyderabad, India the Software Architect will be responsible for designing and developing software solutions, defining software architecture, and ensuring the quality and performance of the software. The day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing design patterns, and guiding software development processes to ensure best practices. We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer to be responsible for managing the development team and overseeing the development of software applications and systems. The Lead Developer will be expected to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the development team is meeting deadlines and requirements and will be responsible for designing and implementing new software solutions.
Lead Developer Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the development team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
- Design and develop new software solutions and maintain existing software systems
- Identify development opportunities and prioritize projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the team meets deadlines and requirements
- Provide technical oversight and ensure software quality standards are met
- Develop and manage project plans and timelines
- Also perform some hands-on development
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates
Lead Developer Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development and project management
- Experience leading a development team
- Working knowledge of software development processes and methodologies
- Full stack developer with experience working in .NET and Angular

Color Neon is a French brand that designs and manufactures custom LED neon signs. A customer sends us their text, logo or artwork and we turn it into a made-to-measure sign: they choose the font, colour and size, preview it in 3D, and see it on their own wall before they order.
We sell direct across France and Europe from colorneon.com. More than 10,000 homes, bars, restaurants, shops and event planners have bought from us. Every sign is handcrafted, energy-efficient LED neon with a 2-year warranty.
The business runs on Shopify. We built our own 3D neon configurator so customers can design their sign in the browser, and we work AI-first: the team uses Claude and Codex every day to build, test and ship.
We are now opening our first engineering seat in India, in Indore. Until now every technical decision has been made remotely from France. That changes with this hire: one engineer, sitting with the founder, owning the Shopify apps, the storefront rebuild and the configurator. One product, long term, with real ownership.
