Job Summary:

We are looking for a visionary and execution-driven professional to lead our Offline Marketing, Business Development, and Branding initiatives across regions. This multifaceted leadership role combines strategic offline branding, business growth via partnerships and sales enablement, and improving the physical aesthetic appeal of our assets (studio, outstation events etc). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving footfalls, revenue, brand visibility, and a superior on-ground client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Offline Marketing Strategy & Execution:

• Lead all traditional marketing activities including print, outdoor, radio, in-store branding, and event sponsorships.
• Plan and implement ATL & BTL campaigns to increase visibility and foot traffic.
• Manage geo-targeted campaigns based on regional demand and client profiles.

2. Business Development:

• Identify and develop strategic B2B partnerships, alliances, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and support local revenue goals.
• Support new market entry and studio openings with local marketing and branding plans.

3. Branding & On-ground Experience:

• Lead branding projects across physical locations (in studio, public spaces, malls, etc.).
• Improve visual merchandising, signage, landscape branding, lighting, and brand touchpoints.
• Work with designers, architects, and vendors to ensure high-impact physical brand presence.

4. Vendor, Agency & Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with creative agencies, event partners, and media buying agencies for campaign rollouts.
• Source and manage vendors for branding materials and execution.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders including operations, facilities, and design teams.

5. Budget & Performance Management:

• Own and manage marketing and branding budgets.
• Track KPIs for marketing campaigns (footfall, leads, brand recall), BD initiatives (partnerships, conversions), and branding impact (customer feedback, visual standards).
• Provide regular reports and insights to leadership.

1. Create visually appealing designs for digital marketing campaigns:

• Design engaging graphics for social media posts, ads, and banners across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Develop eye-catching visuals for email campaigns, newsletters, and digital assets that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs effectively communicate key messages and drive audience engagement.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality visual content:

• Work closely with marketing managers to integrate graphics seamlessly into multimedia campaigns.
• Provide creative input and direction to ensure consistency and coherence in visual storytelling across different digital channels.

3. Maintain brand consistency and quality across all design projects:

• Uphold brand identity guidelines and standards in all design outputs, ensuring cohesive and professional representation of client brands.
• Review and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders to achieve desired visual impact and effectiveness.

4. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design:

• Research and adopt new design tools, techniques, and trends relevant to digital marketing and visual communication.
• Proactively share insights and recommendations with the team to enhance creative processes and deliver innovative design solutions.

5. Create the Brand Book from scratch: 

• Lead the creation of the company's Brand Book, developing comprehensive brand guidelines, visual identity elements, and brand assets.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure the Brand Book reflects and reinforces the brand’s values and goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
• The designers should be familiar with the basics of video editing and can create basic reels, GIFs, and motion stories
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across various digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment, with excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

• Review code and assign claims to diaries as needed.
• Act as a point of contact for field in investigation and examine and investigate details of claim.
• Determine required reserves and place on claims in accordance with the delegation of authority.
• Corresponds with claimant and witnesses, also consult with police, hospital records, and with other experts as part of the claim’s investigation and settlement process.
• Negotiates claims and settlement for claims with required approvals as required by the delegation of authority.
• Submit claims to TPA per requirements including litigated claims and provide all required documentation to TPA and legal department.
• Communicate any trends or opportunities for correction at field locations to supervisor or safety and loss prevention personnel.
• Complete reports or other analysis as directed.
• Engage with internal teams and external customers in alignment with the company’s mission, values, and diversity principles.

MANDATORY TECHNICAL SKILLS

SSRS, PowerBI, SQL Server 2008/2012, TSQL, Stored Procedures, Views, UDF’s, Triggers, Charts

EXPERIENCE

• 7+ years professional experience in database development using SQL Server 2008/2012(T-SQL, SSRS)

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze business requirements to determine

• processing flow, user requirements and inter-dependencies of multiple information systems.

• Experience with SDLC required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong in performance tuning especially tuning complex queries, procedures and indexing strategies

Qualifications: -

- Years of track record of relevant work experience and a computer Science or related technical discipline is required

- Experience with functional and object-oriented programming, Java must.
