Job Description: 

We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist to join our team. You will manage our clients’ accounts on Amazon and solve any arising doubts or queries.

As an Ecommerce Specialist, you should have excellent multitasking skills to handle all of our clients’ accounts in a cohesive way. If you have a creative way of thinking and of presenting our clients’ brands through multiple online selling channels, we would like to make you part of our team. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our clients' marketplace accounts are in order and that their business is running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all marketplace accounts and listings.
• Resolve any errors/issues arising in the account.
• Able to create/manage cases and solve complex listing-level issues
• Create and manage the product listings across channels.
• Research keywords, competition, and optimize product listings organically.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and traffic reports.
• Collaborate with the Amazon Ads team to share data analytics.
• Collaborate with clients to address any queries arising from managing the marketplace account.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices

Required Skill Set: (Angular, Angular JS) and Dot Net Core.

Responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities and handle inbound calls to follow up
• Make cold calls and emails to explore sales opportunities
• Achieve quarterly milestones and close sales
• Regularly study accounts and identify important players
• Collaborate with digital marketing/ other teammates and to work towards closing deals
• Maintain a detailed database with all information on the prospects
• Provide product demos and participate in events, etc.

Requirements

• Prior experience as an Inside Sales Representative in B2B/B2C space
• Should have done a similar role in the past with a Software company, with at least 1+ years’
• experience in Technology/ SaaS product Sales
• Strong sense of communication in English is mandatory and phone skills
• Preferably an MBA or an Engineer (not a must though)
• Great sales acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Go-getter, or a self-motivated person
• B2B / B2C outbound cold calling experience is an added advantage, preferably in APJ and Middle East market

1.      3+ years of experience in web development

2.      Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Node JS

3.      databases-MongoDB

Good to have

• Kubernetes & Dockers and experience with Cloud service APIs (e.g., GCP) are desirable.
• Github CI/CD experience
• Experience in the  Real Estate will be a plus
