Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Receptionist to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by handling various front desk responsibilities. This includes addressing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, collecting patient feedback, providing health insurance recommendations, and offering guidance on diagnoses.

Night Shift Only

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

  - Addressing and resolving customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.

  - Assisting patients with appointment scheduling and maintaining their availability records.

2. Appointment Management:

  - Efficiently coordinating and fixing appointments for doctors based on patient preferences and availability.

3. Feedback Collection:

  - Soliciting feedback from patients to continuously improve the quality of services provided.

4. Health Insurance Recommendation:

  - Offering guidance and recommendations on suitable health insurance options to patients.

5. Diagnosis Guidance:

  - Providing basic information and guidance to patients regarding their diagnoses and treatments.

Minimum of 8 years of experience of which, 4 years should be of applied data mining

experience in disciplines such as Call Centre Metrics.

 Strong experience in advanced statistics and analytics including segmentation, modelling, regression, forecasting etc.

 Experience with leading and managing large teams.

 Demonstrated pattern of success in using advanced quantitative analytic methods to solve business problems.

 Demonstrated experience with Business Intelligence/Data Mining tools to work with

data, investigate anomalies, construct data sets, and build models.

 Critical to share details on projects undertaken (preferably on telecom industry)

specifically through analysis from CRM.

• Design, build, optimize different modules of scalable applications on MERN stack

Skills/ Role Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Node.js, Express, Microservices, npm packages

• Ability to create highly scalable and modular components

• Strong knowledge of using ORMs (Sequelize, mongoose)

• Hands-on experience on deploy, monitor, optimize, load-balance large scale nodejs applications on production

• Experience in serverless architecture either lambda or google cloud functions are a plus

• Hands-on experience on Docker, message queue, Redis, AWS managed services are a plus

• Server-side rendering (Nextjs), knowledge of Unix, shell script, deployment, and code sanitization/optimization (Intermediate)

• Have experience in working on large scale enterprise applications

• Strong understanding of coding best practices, error handling, lazy loading, etc.

• Experience in object-oriented design skills.

Full Stack Java Developer-

Java, Angular 5+, html, css, Springboot, microservices, hibernate, mysql, sql server.

We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a growing team of Engineers to help them build and maintain our products, effectively work on the right things at the right time and help them grow as better engineers along the way. A solid engineering as well as a management background is a must and you should have prior experience running an engineering team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead agile development and project planning
• Lead technical architecture discussion and quality code delivery
• Work with the engineering team, QA and Product teams to effectively run the product road map
• Keep everyone in the company informed on your team’s progress
• Work with the Support team to keep track of and triage technical issues and track it through to resolution
• Helping set and fulfill the engineering hiring plan for the team, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Help implement effective engineering processes and policies
• Improve release process and managing bug/feature backlog

Requirements:

• 2+ years of engineering team management experience
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Should have worked on at least one of these programming languages (Python/Ruby/NodeJs)
• Excellent knowledge of best-practices and coding patterns
• You are proficient at reading and writing code and have built, shipped and maintained software
• You have experience in managing, coaching software developers to help them level up
• You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and can communicate within your team and across teams
• You have good project management skills and can lead, keep track of and prioritize between multiple projects
• You are detail oriented and care about the quality of work that gets shipped
• You have been actively learning and keeping up with the industry both in terms of software development and product
