Lead SDET

We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Scientist to join our data science team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for analyzing data, building predictive models, and extracting actionable insights to solve business challenges. You will work with senior data scientists and cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions and contribute to the organization’s decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and relationships in large datasets.
• Develop and implement machine learning models to solve business problems, such as classification, regression, or clustering tasks.
• Collaborate with senior data scientists to design experiments, evaluate models, and refine predictive algorithms.
• Conduct statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to validate model assumptions and results.
• Visualize and communicate insights from data analysis in a clear and actionable manner using data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Tableau, Power BI).
• Support the team in deploying machine learning models into production and maintaining them.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest data science trends, tools, and techniques to contribute to continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS: ● 1-2 years in outbound focused sales position desired; customer-oriented background required (sales, support, customer service) in B2B preferably ● Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● The ability to generate leads independently. ● Willingness to learn and apply the fundamentals of the MEDDIC Sales process approach ● Great to have-Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and/or Computer Vision ● Knowledge of the AI industry and emerging technologies

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Prospecting: As a SDR you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying high potential customers via cold calling, networking, e-mail, as well as utilizing Internet information sources to build and maintain a lead development pipeline. ● Lead Nurturing: You will follow up with qualified leads and build a relationship with them, answering their questions and providing helpful information to move them closer to a buying decision. ● Sales Enablement: You will work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and help them be more effective in closing deals. This can involve creating sales collateral, providing market insights, and organizing training sessions. ● Data Management: You’ll be responsible for keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all their activities and interactions with potential customers. This data is used to inform the sales process and improve overall performance. ● Pipeline Management: You will be managing the pipeline of leads and ensuring that it is always full of high-quality prospects.

Instructional Designer (Full time, Permanent WFH, Flexible Timing)

• Should showcase core competencies in LMS, SCORM and other authoring tools and actively apply them on a day-to-day basis.
• Be on the lookout regularly on how to give the best makeovers to drab information that captivates people and holds them in place for a few seconds more.
• Develop e2e LMS modules from conceptualization to support.
• Attend regular meetings with our clients and understand their needs and specifications to better cater the modules to them.

Responsibilities:

• Writing and maintaining the automation for deployments across various cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Bring a passion to stay on top of DevOps trends, experiment, and learn new CI/CD technologies.
• Creating the Architecture Diagrams and documentation for various pieces
• Build tools and automation to improve the system's observability, availability, reliability, performance/latency, monitoring, emergency response

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of professional experience as a DevOps / System Engineer.
• Strong knowledge in Systems Administration & troubleshooting skills with Linux.
• Experience with CI/CD best practices and tooling, preferably Jenkins, Circle CI.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP or private cloud environments.
• Experience and understanding of modern container orchestration, Well-versed with the containerised applications (Docker, Docker-compose, Docker-swarm, Kubernetes).
• Experience in Infrastructure as code development using Terraform.
• Basic Networking knowledge VLAN, Subnet, VPC, Webserver like Nginx, Apache.
• Experience in handling different SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Mongo).
• Experience with GIT Version Control Software.
• Proficiency in any programming or scripting language such as Shell Script, Python, Golang.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a team environment.

• AWS / Kubernetes Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect / CKA.
• Setup and management of a Kubernetes cluster, including writing Docker files.
• Experience working in and advocating for agile environments.
• Knowledge in Microservice architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Build customer facing technology product for global customers.
• Own the Product's frontend and backend development, building reusable, testable, and scalable code
• Research, evaluate, analyse and implement technical requirements
• Collaborate with product management teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
• Mentor Junior members of the team

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience building scalable products, distributed applications product/services in JavaScript and one of Angular/React
• Should have sound knowledge and experience in HTML and CSS
• Familiarity with UI layout, and CSS grid system or experience working with Bootstrap or any other CSS frameworks is a must
• Should have worked on the complete UI lifecycle of converting UI/UX designs into prototypes, write reusable modules
• Implement UI development principles to ensure client side scaling and clean and maintainable code that performs well on various performance metrics
• Understanding of multiple delivery platforms, such as Mobile & Web and developing Responsive UI
• Designing Unit Test cases, integrated test cases using Selenium and Protractor
• Strong coding and problem solving skills
• Ability to own end-to-end deliveries, right from requirements till release
• Excellent coding skills and ability to produce high quality, bug free and testable production grade code
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
