Strong Senior UI/UX Product Designer profile – IC Role in B2C Mobile Apps

Mandatory (Experience 1): 4+ YOE as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or Mobile App Designer with strong IC ownership in tech/startup environments

Mandatory (Experience 2): Strong experience as a Fullstack Product Designer (UI + UX) for Mobile Apps (especially Android)

Mandatory (Core Skill 1): Must be highly proficient in Figma - able to create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and micro-interactions from scratch

Mandatory (Portfolio): Strong UI/UX portfolio of B2C Mobile Apps; Portfolio should reflect strong UI, Interaction, Visual Design skills (UI Heavy portfolio) (preferably launcher/utility/feed-driven apps)

Key Responsibilities:

   Handle end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with statutory norms.

  Manage employee provident fund (EPF), employee state insurance (ESI), gratuity, and labour welfare fund.

  Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and maintain accurate records.

  Stay updated on labour laws and ensure organizational compliance.

  Generate reports and perform data analysis using MS Excel.

  Liaise with government authorities and handle inspections or audits.

Required Skills:

  Proficiency in Kannada, Hindi, and English.

  Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances.

  Hands-on experience with payroll processing and statutory filings.

  Advanced MS Excel skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

This role is physically based out of Mauritius and will require you to relocate to Mauritius. Relocation expenses like air tickets/work visa/permit/medical for work permit will be borne by the company

The role of a senior java developer is to ensure high quality software development and delivery to the end client.

As senior software developer, you shall be the technical SME on the project and ensure that the team abide by the quality standard set on the project.

On the Java Expertise Center, you shall be contributing to the knowledge building committee where you will be coaching juniors and demy students

Key Skills:

1. Software Development

Senior Automation Engineer

Requirements:

Backend: Knowledge of Laravel framework including:

- routing

- middleware

- migration

- ORM Automated tests using Codeception.

Database:

- Postgres

- SQL queries.

- Database performance related tests.

Front End:

- UI automation using Cypress.

- Cross-browser testing.

- Responsive design testing.

CI/CD pipeline:
