We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented individuals to contribute to ManagementPedia.com by creating high-quality, valuable forum content. As a Content Creator & Forum Manager, your main responsibility will be to write informative, engaging, and topic-relevant replies or posts on our management forums. You will also help maintain and grow the forum community by starting new discussions and responding to existing threads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write detailed replies or posts (minimum 500 words each) on ManagementPedia.com forums
• Ensure content is valuable, human-readable, and aligned with the topic
• Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to assist content creation (if desired)
• Create and manage discussion threads
• Meet daily/monthly posting targets (minimum 150–200 words per reply, with at least 500 words for assignments)
• Maintain content originality, coherence, and readability

The Mobile Application Developer will be the primary resource responsible for Envoy’s mobile offering.  They will develop improvements using Ionic, as well as manage deployment to the appropriate app stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop solutions in Ionic with focus on building scalable, maintainable and secure code, while providing an intuitive, modern user experience
• Actively collaborate with business, production support, and other software engineers
• Maintain the mobile apps status and manage deployments to Google’s and Apple’s app stores
• Keep up to date and champion the latest mobile technology and methodologies

Position Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience with mobile development OR a modern web platform such as Angular, React or Vue.js
• At least 2 years of experience and demonstrated expert knowledge of Ionic.
• Experience with maintaining and deploying mobile applications to Google’s and Apple’s app stores
• Ability to “own” a project and be a strong contributor without constant management.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills

Your Part :

You would be responsible for the complete development and continuous improvement of our iOS app.

Preferred Qualification & Experience :

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience/knowledge

5+ years of software engineering

3+ years of IOS platform experience, with strong background in algorithms.

Proficient with Swift, Objective-C, and Cocoa Touch

Experience with iOS frameworks such as X Code, Core Data, Core Animation, etc.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services

Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines

Knowledge of third party SDK integrations.

Hands-on technical experience with scalable Architecture.

Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

Experience with performance and memory tuning

Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications

Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
