• Should have experience in planning, Designing implementing, and configuring Versa SDWAN. Implement or Deploy SDWAN to clients with medium-sized and enterprise-level networks

• Should assist the service sales process with technical expertise and carry out product or solution demonstration.

• Should have hands-on knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.

• Should be able to troubleshoot and optimize networks with SDWAN.

• Should preferably be a certified CCNA or CCNP

• Interacts with Business Process Experts / Owners & Users community to collect business requirements

• Should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Implementation of different Kinaxis RapidResponse modules like Supply Planning, Forecasting and Demand Planning, ATP, Aggregate Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Attribute Based Planning, Sales & Operations Planning

• Hands on Experience on OneStream or Hyperion Planning/Essbase Applications.
• Implementation experience including Building application, modules, writing Business rules is must
• Must have Vb.net scripting experience or Essbase Calculation expertise is mandatory
• Hyperion Planning & Essbase is plus
• Cloud experience is preferred (Azure, GCP)
• Hands on Experience with SQL Server and RDBMS systems.

Job Description:

Proven experience with Hyperion Planning version 11.X version or EPM Cloud

Extensive experience in developing and maintaining Hyperion Planning and Essbase applications

Strong understanding of ASO and BSO cube development

Independently handle metadata build and security

Expert level knowledge in writing business rules

Knowledge of writing basic SQLs

Experience with SmartView, web forms, financial reports, MDX queries and MXL scripting

Oracle Relational Database experience and FDMEE experience is a plus

Deep functional and technical knowledge of financial systems and business processes, especially around planning, budgeting, forecasting

Apply structure knowledge to solve problems, break down issues and identify solutions.

Strong oral and written communication skills are essential for this role

The ability to work independently and be proactive

Knowledge of integration between external systems

Analytical and assessment skills essential

Proven experience in providing system support and direct contact with users to solve issues with business applications.

Candidate profile:

• The resource should be with Hyperion planning background.
• He should be ablet to understand the existing planning business rules with the help of Sutherland team.
• He should be able to independently develop/modify the Business rules. Sutherland team will provide the required design for the change requests.
• The resource is responsible for development, testing and production deployment and support after deployment.

• Lead the People & Culture practices across the organization
• Actively identify gaps, and deploy impactful people strategies that enable the organization to mitigate risk, perform effectively, and scale efficiently as it grows.
• Implementation of relevant HR Tech tools to do HR process automation.
• Manage the hire to retire employee life cycle & employee experience across the organization.
• Play a key role in working with managers on change management and talent management initiatives.
• Manage people initiatives like OKRs, One on One Feedback, Employee surveys, Employee development, L&D, Employee Wellbeing etc
• Drive people & culture practices with data driven insights. 

• MBA in HR from premier colleges like IIMK, XLRI, TISS & similar. 
• Experience: Range of 5+ years and one of the experiences should be with a startup or technology company. 
• Should have experience of managing teams at a global level. 
• Extensive knowledge of HR automation tools and software.
• Strong experience in planning, creating, and implementing HR strategies.
• Solid understanding of people analytics.
