About the Role

We are hiring a Front-End Developer to join our product engineering team. The ideal candidate has experience working in product-based companies and has contributed to at least one end-to-end e-commerce platform project.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive UIs using React.js
• Convert UI/UX designs into reusable front-end components
• Optimize components for performance and cross-browser compatibility
• Integrate front-end with backend RESTful APIs
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, and backend teams
• Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and testing

Required Skills

• Strong in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with Redux/Zustand for state management
• Knowledge of REST APIs, responsive design, and Git
• Familiarity with debugging and front-end performance optimization

Strong senior motion graphics designer profile

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3 + years of professional experience in motion design with direct exposure to app-based and web-based products.

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have end-to-end ownership of product motion design, including UI animations, micro-interactions, and product showreels that have shipped in live products.

Mandatory (Portfolio): Must have a strong portfolio showcasing product-focused motion design, UI/UX animations, and micro-interactions (not marketing-only work).

Mandatory (Domain): Must have demonstrated experience working on digital products (mobile apps / web platforms / SaaS / dashboards).

Mandatory (Collaboration):Must have experience collaborating with product designers and developers, and be able to clearly articulate motion decisions and UX rationale.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Expertise in modern architecture frameworks, microservices, and RESTful API design.

JOB ROLE: PRODUCT DESIGN
Roles And Responsibilities:

• Work with internal and external customers for requirements and implementation details focused on making user-experience recommendations.
• Conduct user interviews and be responsible for writing interview scripts.
• Facilitate cross-functional team in brainstorming ideas to solve user problems.
• Translate ideas rapidly into high-level designs and user journey flows that address the
  issue while contributing to holistic user experience within the product.
• Collaborate with Experience Designers to translate designs and user journey flows into
  prototypes for new products, experiences, and features.
• Analyze post-launch user data to identify opportunities to improve UX/UI.
• Proficient knowledge in Autodesk fusion 360 modelling software.
