Plobal Apps is a SaaS platform that helps online stores build mobile apps in minutes with zero code. We help brands leverage their mobile app as a strong revenue channel for their business. As one of the largest app builders in the Shopify ecosystem, we power mobile apps for some of the world's fastest growing brands like Steve Madden, Forever 21, Kyte Baby, and Show Me Your Mumu. We enable mobile commerce journeys and help our merchants drive installs, engage customers and scale their revenue.

We closed our seed funding round in 2021 backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and Elevation Capital, and are now looking at aggressively scaling our business.

About the Role

Position: Sales Representative, SMB (Asia & Middle East)

Location: Pune (Remote) 

Timings : Must be able to work in the eastern time zone to overlap with key stakeholders 

What You Will Do:

• Identify and target SMB customers in Asia and the Middle East, with a focus on India.
• Conduct market research to understand SMB needs and buying behaviors.
• Generate leads through proactive outreach, leveraging various channels.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
• Tailor solutions to address customer requirements and ensure satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights for sales strategies.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular sales reports.

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 2-3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in India.
• Strong understanding of the SMB market in Asia, specifically India.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and sales productivity tools (ie. Outreach).
• Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
• Fluency in English, additional language skills a plus.

Role: UX/ UI Designers (Experienced)

Location: Noida (5 Days - Work from Office)

What will you get to do?             

You will collaborate with our Design team, Product Managers, and Engineers to understand & craft research-based user preferences & needs. You will guide projects with designing thinking principles, conduct usability testing, take feedback and co-create pilot designs. Your stakeholders will look forward to your wireframes, design prototypes with information flow architecture. Visually appealing UI designs to ensure seamless, interactive and intuitive navigation for our consumers will be your priority.

You will stay up-to-date with new industry trends, protocols for best design practices, and will get our support to satiate your curiosity for emerging technologies.

Profile Expectations:

- A bachelor’s degree in design, or related fields. We are degree agnostic & focus on skills.

- Proven experience of 4-10 years as a UX/UI Designer. We will love to have detailed conversation on your portfolio showcasing innovative and visually striking designs.

- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or etc.

- Great to have a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design on multiple platforms (Web, Mobile etc.).

- Communicate, collaborate, and articulate design ideas.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR / PRODUCER

A creative lead should be able to lead a creative unit of writers, designers, and editors. Should take responsibility for the entire project and work with the team to complete it.

Creative visualization capability required to come up with new ideas around both animation and shoot based films, also, should be able to pitch them to the client. Have to be part of pre-production, production, and post-production.

Helps team members grow by providing guidance and mentorship. A hands-on professional with experience in managing teams.

Filmbaker focuses on all sorts of startups, giant firms, and Creative Industries. The company has an office in Bengaluru and has a small team that's between 11-30 employees.

Experience, Skills and Attributes:

• Creative professional with 5-8 years of experience on client/agency side on digital-first brands
• Proven awesomeness in idea generation
• Experienced in managing copy and design teams and the creative development process
• Worked on consumer brands with strong digital narratives spanning multiple formats.
• Experience in video production is mandatory
• Willing and able to contribute to copywriting in an individual capacity
• Ability to work with cross functional teams
• Ability to conceptualize and visualize
• Should have written/directed short/animation films
• Should be able to work with DOPs/Cinematographers
• Knowledge of editing is a plus to guide editors.
• Knowledge/Idea of music is a plus.
