Job Description:

• Work closely with various people and teams throughout the entire app development cycle (concept, design, build, deploy & test) in an agile environment.
• Design and build applications for the Android platform.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards.
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like Git.
• Maintain and update the existing mobile app.

Job Specifications

• An Graduate in IT or Post graduate or Engineer in IT; with 4+ years’ of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Flutter is a must.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, decision making and technical ability.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into high-level designs.

- Write clean, reusable, and well-structured code following industry best practices and coding standards.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and promoting professional growth.

- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow between the app and server.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in React Native and mobile app development.

- Work in a 10 AM to 6 PM, six-day office role, maintaining regular attendance and punctuality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong proficiency in React Native development.

- Experience with Redux or similar state management libraries.

- Proficiency in integrating APIs and working with backend services.

- Sound knowledge of JavaScript, ES6+, and modern web technologies.

- Familiarity with Git version control system and agile development methodologies.

- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).

Your responsibilities:
• Working on end-to-end product development, from conceptualisation stage till the final product release
• Design and develop overall web app architecture
• Ensuring timely and continuous integration and deployment
• Ensuring responsiveness and efficiency of application
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software as and when required
• Ensure complete and proper documentation of the product features and releases
• Adhere to the industry best practices, and ensure all data security and data protection measures are met
Develop responsive applications compliant with multiple browsers, platforms and devices

We look for:
• Experience in building web views and apps for Android & iOS platforms using any of the following tools/technologies- MEAN/MERN Stack, JQuery , CSS3, SCSS, Bootstrap, HTML, HTML5, XML, JSON, Angular JS, JQuery, Mobile, Android SDK with Android Studio, XCode, Swift framework etc.
• Possess working knowledge of web and mobile UX/UI. Adhere to design systems and apply to coded pages, screens and states
Experience in developing customer facing mobile web applications in Health-Tech space will be added advantage.

• Developing new features and user interfaces from wireframe models
• Ensuring the best performance and user experience of the application
• Fixing bugs and performance problems
• Writing clean, readable, and testable code
• Cooperating with back-end developers, designers, and the rest of the team to deliver well-architected and high-quality solutions

• Relevant experience in building a mobile application using React Native.
• Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components for mobile and implementing them following well-known React workflows. (such as Flux or Redux)
• You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. 
• You will be coordinating with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. 
• Should have published at least 2 live hybrid mobile applications. 
• Good understanding of Android / iOS / Web design guidelines, SDK and excellent JavaScript skills. 
• Expertise in RESTful APIs development. 
• Expertise with code testing best practices, including unit and integration testing to ensure a quality of code. 
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, TFS and Agile/SCRUM Development methodologies
