Job Summary
The HR Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and recruiting qualified candidates to meet the hiring needs of Rablik Private Limited. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Source, screen, and shortlist resumes for various IT roles (e.g., developers, designers, project managers).
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of applicants, managing the candidate pipeline efficiently.
- Foster relationships with job boards, recruitment agencies, and universities to widen sourcing channels.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Support HR activities and other administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
Experience Requirement
- For Freshers: Candidates with a relevant internship or training in HR/recruitment are encouraged to apply.
- For Experienced Candidates: At least 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably for IT or technical roles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 years of recruiting experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
- Provide support to an organization in finding the qualified candidates for vacant job positions.
- Contribute to the human resource management and employment for smooth functioning of a medical facility.
- Review large number of resumes or curriculum vitae
- Research for job fairs, job seminars and involve in cold calling, referral recruiting, etc., to get the right candidate.
- Screen each resume carefully to shortlist the appropriate ones, based on the professional and personal credentials.
- Manage interview on telephones or personal meeting to figure out the matched qualities, before processing it to the hiring manager or key interview panel.
- Assist in arranging face-to-face interview with higher management.
- Assist the managers in recognizing the key skills and competencies of the candidate to make the final selection of the candidate.
- Negotiate and decide the cost/salary of the employee in consultation with the higher management.
- Check the background of candidates followed by employment reference checking.
- Carry out pre-employment tests like medical test, intelligence quotient, emotional quotient, etc.
- Report to the manager on the status of the interview and selection process.
- Work according to the rules, regulations and recruitment strategies of the organization.
- Suggest new approaches towards developing better recruitment policies.
- Arrange several marketing initiatives in advertising job vacancies through job sites, company website, newspaper, job vacancy journals, etc.
- Monitor the need for new employees for a particular post.
- Suggest effective employee benefit schemes to enhance the organization's effectiveness.
- Be aware of the healthcare job market trends.
- Analyze and review the effectiveness of the selected candidates and take corrective steps if goals are not met.
- Source, interview, and select applicants for various positions.
- Sound knowledge on Sourcing Candidates thru REDEX, Monster & various Job Sites.
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates and clients
- Sourcing from different job boards. Excellent knowledge in Boolean function & usage of various job board databases.
- Draft job descriptions, push them through all talent acquisition channels, and coordinate candidate sourcing with the same.
- Doing junior to middle-level hiring for all IT verticals.
- Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met.
- Format resumes meeting client expectations.
- Telephonic Screening of the profiles checking for Technical Fitment, Behavioural Fitment, Stability, etc.
- Utilize your innovative and effective convincing and negotiation skills to impress and attract top talent.
- Follow up with candidates and clients and maintain records of progress.
