The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing guidance and recommendations to support the achievement of the organization's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection
Ensure compliance with all equal employment opportunity laws and regulations
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor market trends and best practices in recruitment and selection
Employee Relations
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters
Conduct investigations into complaints and grievances and make recommendations for resolution
Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee relations
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
Performance Management
Develop and implement performance management systems and processes
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management matters
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the performance management system
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
Compensation and Benefits
Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs
Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation and benefits matters

Training and Development
Develop and implement training and development programs to support employee growth and development
Conduct training needs assessments and identify areas for improvement
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on training and development matters

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Working Conditions:
The HR Manager will work in an office environment and may be required to work occasional evenings or weekends. Travel may be required to attend training seminars or to visit other company locations.
