HR Generalist Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Authorized Partners (APs).
• Drive business growth and enhance partner revenue.
• Provide training, mentoring, and activation support for business partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and procedural standards.
• Promote stock broking products such as Smallcase, Stock SIP, MTF, Investments & Trading.
• Engage, motivate, and develop business partnerships.
• Deliver service excellence and meet key business KPIs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in broking/financial markets.
• Strong communication & relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of financial markets & trading.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Looking for a full stack software developer

• At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.

• Experience in troubleshooting, debugging applications and proactive participation in testing and bug fixes.

• Ability to build scalable applications working on a continuous delivery environment, writing production ready code.

• Knowledge of backend technologies like Java(Preferred), Spring Boot , Microservices, JSON, Python(Good to have).

• Knowledge of frontend technologies like React, Angular.

• Knowledge of database technologies like Postgres(Preferred), Mysql, PostGres, Sql server.

• No sql Database knowledge, Elastic search(Good to have).

• Knowledge on CI/CD tools like Jenkins.

• Knowledge on Event streaming tools like Kafka platform.

• Knowledge of Source Code Management systems Git, github.

Hiring Technical Lead

You will scale and lead Procol’s engineering teams. You’ll be instrumental in driving the product vision and will be responsible for hiring, developing and leading engineers to seamlessly execute our technical roadmap.

What you’ll bring

• You have 4+ years of experience with system architecture and have built scalable software infrastructure.
• You are a hands-on programmer and prefer to spend 20-30% of your time writing production grade code with your team.
• You have sound understanding of software engineering principles, both for code and for people
• You have experience of leading engineering teams. 
• You are emphatic and highly customer obsessed.
• You have an eye for great products and can work effectively with product managers, engineers and designers to build them.

• The role will be part time (15-20 hours per week) with scheduled weekend availability.
• LINC Fellows will be “actively engaged” when a unit (subject) is assigned. A unit will range from 7 to 14 weeks at a time.
• LINC Fellows are required to provide 2-3 hrs each afternoon (between noon to 5pm) every day when they are supporting students.
• Candidate will have flexibility to work from location of his/her convenience.

• PG/Doctoral degree with distinction or first-class from a top university in India
• 5-10 years of corporate experience and/or teaching experience in the fields like Marketing, Finance, Operations, Organization/HR, Data Analytics, Project Management, Strategy and Ethics at a leading university or college (note: at least 1 year formal teaching experience at a university of college is a MUST).
• Empathetic, ambitious, warm and outgoing personality willing to work closely with people from diverse culture
• Proficient in English language
• Must possess a working laptop and have access to high-speed (>2 MBPS) stable internet connection
• Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms for interacting with student including host university’s Learning Management System and LINC's technology platform (training on these platforms will be provided)
