We are looking for a highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and process-driven HR Generalist to manage onboarding formalities, employee documentation, HR records, and engagement initiatives in strict adherence to organizational policies, compliance standards, and timelines. The role requires a strong focus on accuracy, coordination, and execution of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely and error-free completion of all new joiner formalities, including documentation verification and system onboarding
• Conduct structured induction and orientation sessions in line with company policies and guidelines
• Maintain, organize, and regularly update employee personal files (both physical and digital)
• Ensure 100% accuracy and integrity of employee data in HRMS and internal records
• Monitor and track completion of onboarding checklists and documentation compliance
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless onboarding and employee support
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and HR records
• Execute employee engagement initiatives and activities as per approved calendars and budgets
• Support internal communication related to HR policies, events, and announcements
• Assist in periodic audits by ensuring all documentation and records are complete and compliant
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of HR documentation, processes, and compliance requirements.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and coordination skills.
