We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Associate Intern who can manage end-to-end recruitment along with core HR operations. This role requires a hands-on individual capable of balancing talent acquisition with employee lifecycle management.
š¹ Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Understand hiring requirements and draft job descriptions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Handle offer rollouts, negotiation, and candidate engagement
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience
2. HR Operations
- Manage onboarding processes and employee documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Track attendance, leave, and assist with payroll coordination
- Draft HR policies, offer letters, and internal communications
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Address employee queries and manage grievances
- Support performance management processes
