Senior Executive - Vendor Management

Experience: 4 to 6 years in vendor management, procurement operations, or strategic sourcing.

Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT/non-IT procurement, contract management, and compliance.

Analytical Skills: Proficient in vendor evaluation, cost analysis, and performance metrics.

Stakeholder Management: Skilled in coordinating with internal departments and external partners.

Negotiation & Communication: Excellent negotiation, documentation, and relationship management skills.

Process Orientation: Experience with vendor onboarding, SLAs, and governance processes.

Tech Proficiency: Working knowledge of Salesforce will be added advantage and data-driven decision-making.

Availability- Can join by or before 17th Nov'2025

CTC- Budget is upto 5 to 7 LPA for this roll on merit, however, candidate will be offered at best 20% on last drawn.

KRA will involve-

Response effectiveness on Requirement – Collaborate with business units to align vendor solutions with operational needs. Manage requirement response time of 30 min i.e. vendor eco system blast of requirement per position to happen within 30min to invite applications.

Quality & TAT adherence – Independently manage every CV's screening against ask & ensure CV submission with TAT.

Team Performance – Lead and drive consistent results with 3-5 quality verified CV submission per position within 12 hours.

Vendor Onboarding & Compliance – Ensure timely vendor registration, documentation, and adherence to policy.

Performance Management – Monitor vendor SLAs, conduct periodic reviews, and drive performance improvement.

Cost Optimization – Achieve measurable savings through effective negotiation and vendor consolidation.

Process Governance – Ensure timely update of records on Salesforce & Maintain transparency and audit readiness in vendor data, contracts, and payments.

Risk Management – Identify and mitigate risks related to vendor reliability, compliance, and quality.

Continuous Improvement – Drive initiatives for process automation, efficiency, and value creation.

The SEO and content marketer is a key role within our Growth team who will be responsible for looking at the industry landscape, understanding our competitors and roadmap, and then coming up with a plan to increase organic traffic to our website with effective SEO strategies. Minimum qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience with SEO either at a B2C company or at an agency

We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.
